酒店環境，工作人員服務都可以。但是孝感氣温27-29度，酒店中央空調不開冷氣。房間裏温度達到30度，根本沒法休息。與酒店溝通後開了冷空調，但是晚上凌晨一點，還是會關冷氣，凌晨三點被熱醒。不知道夏天是不是還這樣。

酒店環境優美，房間乾淨舒適，衞生，服務態度都還是比較滿意的，位置也不是很偏，出行也很方便，多次辦理入住過的，價格不貴，性價比挺高的，外地來的朋友可以來入住，早餐也不錯，美味乾淨，下次會再來！

衞生間鑽石櫃比較小，防水條效果不太好，很容易往衞生間漏水，而且鑽石櫃外沒設計地漏，很容易積水。房間很好，空間很大，落地窗而且電動窗簾，燈光設計很好，有主有次，早餐比一般酒店都好，不敷衍，服務態度都可以。電梯有點慢。
