一般的景區酒店，礦泉水再要需要額外收費，燒水壺蓋子壞了解釋説就這樣，另外衞生間也有點不乾淨，其他的倒還好，最後也給房費打折了，服務態度還是不錯的。

酒店老闆很熱情酒店位置也很方便，去三條溝都比較快。特別是去海子溝和長坪溝很近！而且這兩條溝又是比較原生態的溝，更好玩一點！房間的床鋪很舒服，極大的緩解了我剛去高海拔地區的不適，床上有電熱毯，地上有地暖，也不必擔心洗完澡後着涼問題！推薦大家入住！下次去還會再住的！

攜程上看到評分比較高，儘管比周邊其他酒店貴很多還是決定定他家，但是，入住的體驗太差，首先是停電，半夜三更停電又來電，12點鐘電視機突然自己打開播放，一家人被驚醒，然後又停電，地暖不起作用，整晚冷到睡不着，然後是手機根本沒法充電，早上起來不知道什麼時候來電，洗了頭沒辦法吹乾，這可是海拔3000多米的高原，頭髮不幹直接冷淡感冒，然後是酒店沒有應急電源，居然沒有應急電源！！！電梯停運，住八樓走樓梯去前台詢問，衹説是停電，什麼時候來電也不知道。浴室裏花灑都是壞的，看視頻吧。酒店前台沒有飲水機，衹有廚房燒的開水，三十幾度，沖感冒葯都沖不開……然後是早飯，説的是7點到8點半供應早餐，8點鐘去餐廳，什麼都沒有，饅頭沒有，雞蛋沒有，麪條沒有，衹有一點土豆片和奶粉兑的牛奶，這一切的解釋都是因為停電了……停電不是停氣，雞蛋都煮不了？？？我們是帶着小孩去的啊！小孩子冷感冒了！最後退房，前台沒有一個人，自己放下房卡有人，如圖。我真的不敢想象這是一家度假酒店，是一家在攜程上評分這麼高的酒店！
