The landlord’s sister is very nice. When we go out on the bus, she drives us to the station. My sister’s breakfast is also pretty good. The rooms here are also very nice and comfortable. This is the first time I feel that the real thing looks better than the photo map. The location here is a little bit off, but it should be very convenient to complete the development in a while. You can enter the Wetland Park next to it, and it is very close to Moon Bay. It is very comfortable to go out in the morning and evening. If you want to experience the natural feeling, this homestay must not be missed. If you come to Qionghai again in the future, you will stay at this famous hotel again! ! ! Highly recommended.

酒店在一個村裡，是安置房，當時看到離瓊海近才定的，去海邊耍還是近，但是周邊設施很差，一個吃飯的地方都沒有，要開車到市裡才能吃，大半夜還有狗叫聲，5點過雞就開始叫起，一直叫到10點，想睡個懶覺都睡不了。

雖然是個安置區，離邛海還是很近的，晚上很安靜，老闆很熱情，下次來還可以住這裏。到城裡也不是很遠，是一棟小樓這樣，裝修的是家庭式，連浴室櫃都用的鋁合金的，還是比較上心了，沒有説當民宿就啥都用很差的材料，衞生也可

今年春節前臨時説起帶家人去西昌過年，習慣了佛系旅行的我們也沒有提前做攻略，衹提前定了兩晚酒店，結果可想而知，疫情過後的報復性消費和川A大軍的火力覆蓋，西昌到處人滿為患，前兩晚的酒店已從300飆升至小一千，自己的尿酸也伴隨着火盆燒烤瘋狂飆升，引起局部痛風，導致不能開車返渝，衹有奔着高性價比的原則，打開手機翻遍了攜程，某某書等各類app，最後選定這家民宿，這家民宿的評價不乏乾淨衞生，老闆娘熱心，待人友善等等詞條，再加上春節期間的超高性價比，果斷拿下。到店以後發現與其説是民宿，家庭式旅館更為貼切，門口的植物，擺放供行人休息的藤椅都能感受到經營者的善意，房間佈置合理貼心，硬件條件簡單但不簡陋，乾淨整潔。通過和老闆娘接觸下來，你真的能感受到當地人的那份淳樸善良。例如會詢問你的旅行計劃，給你提出諸多好的建議；會在你休息的時候送上新鮮的水果，其實這個季節的草莓還挺貴的，我們人又多，不好白吃，老闆娘的一句就是專門給你們吃的，真的在冬日如同西昌的驕陽温暖人心；閑暇聊天會關心我的痛風，給我介紹鎮上醫生，推薦父親使用的葯；因為春節期間人手原因不能保障早餐，還會提醒我們可以免費試用廚房煮麪條等等；臨出發時遇到了老闆娘的父親，看出我的痛風，就問我吃葯沒有？又説應該提前和他説，可以在家裡拿他吃的葯給我治療，我攔住了，他就把葯的照片告訴我，還告訴價格，生怕買貴。你們可能覺得這些微不足道或是認為我比較感性，但是大家出門旅行，在異地他鄉有這一份温暖難道不足以暖心？感覺就像她家店名一般。 如若西昌非去不可，定與陽光後會有期！

就房間的環境來説還不錯，廁所在房間隔壁，有一種走親戚住親戚家的感覺，很安靜住的很舒適，老闆人也很熱情。但是！建議來西昌旅遊的兄弟姐妹們如果不是自駕來的千萬別定！！自駕來的也不是很推薦，首先根本打不到車出去，晚上吃了飯回酒店勉強能打到但隨便一個地方打車來的話都是30+，白天出去玩的話衹能步行將近2公里到最近的公交站，這個酒店雖然在邛海周圍但是交通太差！這個價格隨便定一個城裡的酒店就行了，至少交通方便。

#負評#對走廊隔音，性價比，房間佈局，隔音，房內採光失望；店内员工很热情，会给你说去哪儿哪儿耍，但是卫生条件真的很差，床单应该没换，有股味道，床上还有毛毛，床单上很多毛絮，睡完起来头发，衣服上全是，除了人好，其他都不好！

衞生還不錯，有一次性面巾好評，如果能再配上一次性馬桶墊就更好了。服務也不錯，小姐姐有問必答。唯一就是位置有些偏，有車的話問題不大。
