The hotel is very close to the Huangyaguan Great Wall. For some reason, Baidu Navigation navigated in from the back door... The price is affordable, and there is no random price increase during the May Day holiday. The accommodation facilities are a bit old, and it feels like an old three-star guesthouse. However, there are colorful lights at night, and there are swings in the yard. We arrived at around 4 pm, bought tickets at the foot of the Great Wall, took a shuttle bus to Taipingzhai, walked west for two hours to Huangyaguan, and walked down to the hotel very close.
