如圖，該酒店硬件設施非常差，老舊，臟亂。水放出來是黃色的，還有大量的泥沙。其次，服務態度非常差。我反饋水質後，進來一名工人，剛開始還在説這個水肯定有問題要向上麪反饋，接下來可能腦子轉過來了，知道要打掩護，開始打馬虎眼，跟我説這個水沒問題的，就是剛放都是這樣的，這是正常的。自己説的話前後矛盾。然後就很急着把這些黃水放掉重新放。但不知道我早就拍了證據和視頻。然後喊來一個貌似客房管理的人，進來看這個黃色的水張口就“這有什麼問題？這沒問題啊正常啊”。衹要住不**，就沒問題是吧？興寧地方小，可是人的脊樑骨不應該也小！

辦理入住前台人員全程黑臉，沒有任何禮貌性用語，房間衞生不堪入目，地毯，沙發破舊不説，污漬成片，我連坐都不敢坐，7月中旬的天氣，房間的空調從始至終堅挺在30度，儘管我已將空調温度調到最低，整體體驗感極差，感覺酒店根本沒有任何管理，該酒店會沒落也是必然的

房間很寬敞整潔，酒店地理位置很不錯，衞生可以，之前在這裏參加過酒席，回來就直接定這裏了，門口吃喝都很方便，宵夜選擇特別多，晚上日咖夜酒很熱鬧，旅途首選！👍

真的太差了！！方方面面！！
1、到了以後，不管是衞生還是設備，真的現場就想讓服務員打開給我看看三百多跟五百多豪華的區別是什麼！！
2、隔壁就是工作人員操作間，天天服務員跟沒事情做一樣，一大清早的就在大聲聊天，大聲喧嘩。即便是投訴了也沒有用！！
3、凌晨 4.42 有人按門鈴，爛酒鬼按錯？！真的是服了。不愧是樓下自帶夜總會的酒店！！！

如果酒店不能享受兩點退房的服務的話就下架掉吧，每天十二點就開始打電話催退房，客房緊張續房可以但是兩點退房就不行，保安態度也超級差，坐擁最好的地段，給客人最差的體驗！

酒店在興寧市中心位置，附近有文化廣場會展中心，1樓大堂有奶茶店，門口小吃奶茶一條街，前台服務很好，房間衞生乾淨，值得推薦！
