Room was spacious but somewhat worn, with minor stained bedding, dingy shower floor and a very old water kettle. Location was excellent, very central in an older part of city, though a bit noisy with traffic. Hotel has washing machines but no dryer, which i was not told at check-in even though i asked specifically about them. Most of the staff seemed distant. Breakfast was quite good.

We arrived in Xining at 11pm. The hotel is located right next to the high-speed rail station, within walking distance. Check-in was quick and the front desk service was friendly. The room was spacious, with welcome fruit, new facilities, a humidifier, and cleanliness. The breakfast was also very rich. I would definitely stay here again.
