I stayed on a high floor in a renovated room, which had a modern and elegant design. The sheets, duvet covers, and pillows all felt luxurious. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bathroom was spotless. The toiletries provided were from Herborist. The biggest surprise was the concierge service for luggage both at check-in and check-out. The only drawback was that in the evenings, many guests were quite drunk, which made using the elevators uncomfortable. The quality of other guests was a bit hard to comment on. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and it's a great choice for those who appreciate a refined lifestyle.

Thirdly, during peak delivery times when the robots were overwhelmed, the hotel staff helped deliver our takeout to the room. Their service-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for guests were impressive. Fourthly, the location is very convenient, making dining, entertainment, and shopping easily accessible. Overall, I personally think this is a hotel worth recommending to good friends.
