Great Service at the Sebel Serviced Apartment. Last time we asked for support since the room was very warm at night. This time they immediately brought some fans and humidifier to make our stay pleasant.
The breakfast buffet is great as always and the staff fast, kind and helpful.
We can highly recommend it.

We loved our two bedroom apartment at Sebel which is attached to Sofitel. The decoration and layout was so comfortable. We also appreciate the French touch of the design. I wished that quarantine hotels in China will be of this quality. I can stay in for 2 weeks.

一個五星級酒店，超A級酒店公寓的管理，競然讓客人在入住的時候，酒店的差布草垃圾車也可以同電梯，這管理和素質，可以想象看不到的細節更嚴重，

8月11號晚上入住，臨時訂了個房間大廳本地人説是和索菲特是一家酒店，看看房價也可以1407米，到前台去辦理入住，前台有一位客人在和前台人員爭吵，輪我去辦理服務太多非常差，就和我去蹭床睡不給錢一樣，等了大概幾分鐘辦理完入住説是給我升級了行政房間，結果一進房間感覺一種作嘔的氣味撲鼻而來，房間感覺特別壓抑，卧室特別的小，怎麼就評上五星了呢？誰給的指導價可以花一千多買這樣的服務和環境呢？反正以後要入住的客人可別踩雷，我會想12315投訴也會向市場監管局投訴，非常差非常差，有一個好聽的名字新華聯詩鉑，但是酒店確實糟糕，以後就是送我去住我都不會去住，也不一定在相信攜程推薦！

這個酒店🏨性價比特別高。我們住的120平米的雙卧套房。兩個卧室，兩個衞生間，一個辦公室，一個客廳，一個廚房。性價比狂高。這種房間在北京恐怕要上萬一晚了。西寧衹要一千四左右，含早餐。
這邊員工培訓的也特別好。門僮服務到位，有什麼需求打個電話，也解決到位。
酒店可以定商務車（含司機），我們定了幾天。服務也特別好，上檔次。在大堂定的，是屬於酒店管家嗎? 具體不太清楚，有需要可以問問。
早餐也很好。是五星的標準。

酒店地處西寧繁華地段，周邊商場超市咖啡館飯店應有盡有。服務一流，從迎賓、大堂到客房服務都相當周到，特別是賓客關係部黨女士在入住前入住後的安排無微不至。房間大方整潔，親子部分也做的很好，所需用品齊全。早餐豐富，中西結合，有新鮮奶酪😁。家人在泳池也玩的跟盡興，下次來西寧一定首選詩鉑。
