1. There is no air conditioner in the hotel. The hotel is a place of business. When I went to Xining at minus one to ten degrees, there was no air conditioner. I went to the lobby for consultation and the answer was that Xining stopped heating on April 15th. The hotel has nothing to do with it. 2. In the room or bathroom, there is nothing to cool the washed clothes (hangers, etc.). What a disappointment. Simple hotels will provide these facilities.
