The service was professional and friendly with staff willing to go the extra mile by bringing my luggage to the room and providing a fruit plate. The room had a beautiful view of the city. I had the rare choice of taking a bath or shower in a room with a modern, but cozy freshly decorated appearance.

We had a very nice stay in this Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to provide information needed. The room was also nice and spacious. It’s comfortable to go around the city because the location is convenient. Thank you Qinghai Hotel for accommodating us.🤗

酒店服務不錯，禮賓會打招呼，去還給升級了，房間雖然老化，但保養維護的可以，水壓也不錯，房間很暖，剛好趕上西寧降温，就是水壺需要更換了，都上銹了，早餐真不錯，有驚艷到，品質還是種類都多，環境也好，哈哈哈，大早上還有雞湯真好，還有青海特色奶茶，我有酸奶和果盤沒有給我，沒享受到，總體來説入住挺好的，周邊有個巷巷吃的很多，離水井巷不遠，步行可到還有力盟巷 ，博物館，交通也不錯，一家不錯的老酒店，就是有些要更換一下了，如水壺，還有回訪電話，挺用心的的

帶着父母走青甘大環線，青海賓館是此次旅行中，為數不多的能享受到服務的酒店。可能我入住時候過了旅遊高峯期。大堂楊經理能迅速解決問題，酒店員工訓練有素，服務周到熱情。早餐豐富，選擇特別多，這對於長者來説特別友好。

圖一是酒店外觀，圖二是酒店房間窗外，圖三是酒店旁麒麟灣公園水景。酒店地理位置優越，整體出行方便，雖然有點年份，但是有翻修更新保養，大堂及室內並不顯陳舊，酒店前台工作人員温文有禮，特別是剛好接待我的叫陳思的小美女，熱情有禮，回覆問題處理及時，令人有賓至如歸之感。總的來説此酒店性價比高，人員訓練有素，服務水平比較好。

畢竟是老牌酒店，地理位置、酒店設施和服務都是沒話説的，早餐也很豐富，還有孩子們都喜歡的披薩。如果不想在酒店吃早餐，酒店旁邊的賈小巷有很多小飯店，我們在那吃了頓午飯和早飯，兩家店味道都不錯。停車也特別方便，可以直接停在賓館門口，另外還有到機場的定點班車，出行特別方便。酒店離西寧電視塔不遠，晚上有時間還可以去拍拍夜景。酒店旁邊還有一個免費的公園，叫麒麟灣公園，景物還挺別緻的，有點江南水鄉的味道了。
