我們住的家庭套房，房間乾淨又寬敞，酒店地理位置好，地處新區核心商業區，樓層高，窗外景觀視野都很好，酒店早餐也很豐富，下次來西寧會再來光臨。

這家住過很多次 一直很看好 但今天是最失望的一次 不知道為什麼別人的房卡能打開我的房間 我當時光着膀子 還有衞生也差 枕頭上有血漬 衞生間裏有髮絲沒清理乾淨 總而言之各方面很差

訂了50平米的大床房，實際面積不會超過40，前台工作人員服務態度差，好像沒付錢白住一樣，衞生也不好門上一層灰，水龍頭上一樣的臟！
