酒店住的很好，臨時給家裡人找的，果然沒有失望，停車非常方便，位置很好找。前台辦入住很快，還送了很新鮮的水果，沒想到一百出頭的價格能享受到這種待遇，關鍵是房間温度也合適，因為是新酒店，設施很新 很齊全，睡的也挺好很舒服，總之，對這家店非常滿意，還有酒店附近就是商店還看到了新開的一家洗浴，太方便了

地下停車場很大，停車十分方便。
配套硬件設施相當好，房間大。
周邊可以解決吃飯問題，有選擇餘地。
晚上送了水果盤。
問題主要出在管理上，例如車輛離開酒店，保安或負責安保的部門自行將正常出口封閉，但又沒有引導標誌，讓客人自行猜試；因房間多、接待團隊住宿，前台接待人員安排不當；因樓層多住宿人員多，高峯期乘坐電梯困難。
酒店對面是西寧特鋼，半夜偶有間隔工業噪聲。
客觀地説，如果能忽略這些問題，以酒店設施考慮，房價相當便宜。

房間很乾凈 床也是很軟的哦 服務也不錯，到西寧這邊來出差，這邊離海湖萬達也是很近的，前台的小姐姐特別好，給我的房間升了級，在西寧這邊.這個酒店的性價比是最高的啦!非常的推薦，早餐也是不錯的,早餐環境也很好.味道不錯!點贊

整個酒店外觀和大廳看上去都比較氣派，五一期間198的價格確實性價比較高。進入酒店前台員工的衣服穿着不合身且陳舊，禮貌用語差一些。客房書桌是晃動的不平，馬桶堵了不通暢，靠窗户的床的充電插座設計在牀頭櫃的下方很不方便。作為一個掛四星級酒店怎麼會沒有服務指南呢？早餐8:15去用餐，熱菜也是涼的，保温效果不好。

酒店環境不錯，房間衞生乾淨整潔，前台服務周到，整體服務非常好，值得推薦入住的一家酒店，夜晚還準備了宵夜，這一系列服務細節簡直不要太好，退房還給送了五一節日伴手禮，非常棒的一家酒店，大家旅遊出門建議西寧永和國際酒店作為首選，絕對不會讓你失望，服務好到無可挑剔

性價比還是非常不錯的，主要是能停車，有地下停車場!前台接待人員什麼時候過去問事情，都是微笑!這個得給點贊!!!房間智能化，早餐品種多，味道好，在西北城市，房間大小無所謂，設施齊全就可以!!!酒店上邊還有個廣場，風景不錯!!!出行方便，就在馬路邊上，門口就有公交車站，去海湖、小橋、人民公園幾站地就到了!!酒店下面還有一道都是當地特色美食，特別便捷！大力推薦
