簡直就是無良商家，酒店空調壞，吹風機壞，打電話去前台詢問，前台説：“定的特價房，就是優先把有瑕疵的房給你住，無法解決。”（網上並沒標註瑕疵房）我們定三間剛好衹剩兩間特價一間豪華，全定了，豪華房也是問題多，電視機也是壞的，居然還理直氣壯，因為天氣太熱，時間太晚了孩子睡了不想折騰，不然真是……不推薦入住

因在手機上預訂的標準雙人房，房價比櫃枱的優惠，而被安排到一間空調有問題的房間去。經多次反應，才給換房。這樣的服務有欠妥當！！

這家酒店在縣城可能算是比較好的了，但是還是需要努力學習並提高才行，不能因為是縣城就自我降低標準。你的價格可不低啊！1，房間有異味2，房間設施太簡陋電視下面連個櫃子或者是枱子都沒有3，916房間電視的移動機頂盒紅外線接收外插頭是壞的，我衹有把機頂盒從擋板裏拿出來一點才能接收到遙控器信號。4，916房間浴室玻璃門鉸鏈是壞的，我看了非常恐怖，真害怕會命歸尋甸，不是我誇大事實，那麼厚重的玻璃門如果掉下來，殺**是很可能的。快把它修好吧，真出了事你們損失可就大了，你們應該感謝我這個愛管閑事的老漢（我今年73歲了，自駕旅遊多年）5，早餐也太簡單了吧。我很少給人差評但對貴店還是提出批評，希望改善。因為你定位還挺高，價格也挺貴。
