酒店位置很好，很方便，旁邊就是地鐵。
安全不行，電梯沒有梯控，都不能刷卡進樓層，電梯需要等很久。
方便隔音不好，隔壁電視聲音都能聽清。
前台服務，剛辦完入住兩小時，登記訊息也搞錯，服務人員就電話來説是否是早上退房的主客。
晚上回來房卡都被鎖，來來回回折騰很久，感覺不是很專業。
早餐種類很多，就是咖啡機旁邊都沒有杯子的。

交通還是很方便的，去蘇寧廣場市中心大概2公里左右。出酒店門口就有地鐵站。
酒店頂層是空中花園酒吧，3層是自助餐廳，早餐也很豐富，有羊湯和徐州特色的美食.
服務：我購買了兩份早餐，但是去吃早餐時刷房卡顯示沒有早餐，出示購買記錄後，給核實解決了問題。

房間30平米大而乾淨，衞生間寬敞有淋浴有浴缸，這個價格能夠住高大上的賓館，非常滿意，尤其是地鐵1號線，從徐州東站到賓館直達，地鐵出來抬頭就看到賓館，到哪裡都方便。早餐豐富，品種齊全，大堂服務一流。

酒店營建設施還可以，但早餐真的是一言難盡，現場混亂不堪。
酒店好像在做早餐推廣，就餐人數太多了，用餐完成後，也沒有收拾，有人抽煙，也沒人管，麪包片都烤糊了。
應該酒店入住顧客一個區域，外面進來薅羊毛的在另一個區域。

優點：門口就是地鐵站，很方便，晚上睡覺不吵
但是問題也不少
電梯問題：酒店四個電梯沒有聯動，等電梯的人衹要按鍵，即使人乘坐另一部電梯走了，其他電梯還會停在這一層，大家想想就知道有多崩潰，我從20樓到3樓，足足坐了5分鐘的電梯，很多樓層停了打開外面沒有人。
早飯問題：我去要菠菜麪，就給那麼一點，3口就吃完了，要白麪麪條的就給一大碗，我讓廚師加一些，廚師説菠菜麪限量，我頭一次聽説酒店自助早餐還限量菠菜麪，這玩意是很稀缺，比波士頓龍蝦還貴嗎？也不知道是廚師問題還是酒店管理問題。
房間問題：1.衞生間有一股奇怪的味道，不知道是不是哪裡沒打掃乾淨。2.這個房間遮光不行，窗簾不能遮擋到側面，跟衞生間中間也沒有門，早上被亮醒了。睡眠質量不好的建議自備眼罩耳塞。3.空調風速最低還是很吵，而且有時候製冷效果不好。4.洗澡水不是很熱。

酒店地理位置很好，出門地鐵，公交，單車都有，去哪都很方便。出門就有幾個商業廣場吃的很多。房間也很乾凈，我來徐州幾天，趕上下午，孩子的褲子都濕了，我就想去洗衣房烘乾。打電話問前台沒有洗衣房。這點我沒想到，四百多的一晚的酒店沒法烘乾衣服，失望。早餐很豐盛，但是房間有衞生死角，要注意，洗手池下面很臟。

臨近地鐵交通方便，酒店應該接宴會商務會議較多，所以電梯沒有限制，誰都能進出，叫了外賣以為是機器人送的，結果是外賣的人送到房間門口，問了一下酒店沒有攔截可以隨意乘坐，感覺不安全……其他總體都還可以的
