Hotel is very nice and clean. Room is a bit small and toilet is too close to the bed. Close to the West Lake and the neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet. The bird can speak, we loved it a lot!

Amazing experience here at this comfy Japanese house set on the foothills of xifeng mountain, only a short bus ride from the scenic LongJing village. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and comfy. You will love the cosy atmosphere, cannot recommend this place any more!

Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery. Good for those looking for a break from the busy city life. Most convenient way to get to the city center is by cab. Room was clean and you have to change into hotel slippers before going up to the guest rooms.

The location is great. Very quiet and beautiful. The staff don’t speak much English but make every effort to make sure your stay goes well. Very friendly and homey feeling. Next time I would like to try the tatami rooms as the morning sun seems to come that way in the winter.

This place was great! The owners were very helpful and it is quite easy to get around. Good for a short stay - definitely get the room with the balcony!

The worst experience I've ever had. I asked for an upgrade but was not given one. The room was very small and the toilet door could only be opened halfway. The air conditioner was roaring at night. It's no exaggeration to say that there was no place to put the suitcase. It was rubbish! See the pictures for yourself

I give a good review to the front desk girl and the breakfast auntie. The front desk girl is beautiful, sweet, lively and cheerful, and takes great photos. I took her to see the soup house and the tea mountain. The auntie's steamed buns and porridge are delicious, and the breakfast is satisfying. I especially praise the front desk girl for being a confident and excellent girl who is brave enough to quit her job and see the world. I give you a thumbs up. Your future will be infinitely wonderful and will definitely be as beautiful as a rainbow.

This is a treasure homestay with an excellent location. The Japanese-style bedroom is small and exquisite, warm and comfortable. You can drink tea, chat and have breakfast in the attached tea room. When you open the door, you will see a courtyard with trees and bird nests, which is really comfortable. The starling at the door is very polite, and the little girl at the counter is like a girl next door, responding to every request. Tips: The first floor is a bit damp when you just move in, so just turn on the dehumidifier for a little longer.

This is my second time staying at Qizai. Coming to Qizai feels like coming home. There is also the parrot 🦜 that I miss so much. Whenever I come to Hangzhou in the future, I will stay at Qizai.
