Hotel Tagawa

I'm a high school student and 4 of my friends went to stay for 1 night and 2 days.The bath, food, room, front desk service, etc. were all wonderful.We took a night bus from far away, but the front desk talked about returning on the second day. When I was there, they kindly asked me about my check-out time and the train schedule, and when I was talking about taking a taxi because there was no shuttle bus, they arranged for a special free shuttle bus. There was also a gymnasium, and we had talked about wanting to play table tennis, but the group was told that it was reserved for the first day and the gymnasium could not be used, and that it would be reserved for the second day as well. However, since we had a long time until check-out, the front desk took care of us by opening the gymnasium specially on the second day and giving us the best service by allowing us to make a reservation for 2 hours free of charge. We arrived at 8am early in the morning and were introduced to our rooms, and there was also an alley check-out facility, which was convenient for the guests.

竜王スキーパークでスノボするために宿泊しました。急いで予約したのでちゃんと確認していなかったのですが、ホテルがゲレンデの中間地点にあるためスキー場駐車場から雪上車で送り迎えになります。なにしろゲレンデの途中にホテルがあるわけですからホテルを出て即滑り出せます。そこは最高です。 スタッフさんはどなたも優しい感じで道具のレンタルやリフト券の案内などは分かりやすく丁寧でした。ナイター付きの一日券を割安で購入する事ができました。 合宿などを受け入れているようで、宿泊した部屋はまさに合宿で泊まる部屋といった感じでした。正直時代を感じる所もありますが、それはそれで妙に落ち着くというか個人的には好きでした。子連れでスノボやスキーに行くと何かとトラブルが起きるものなので、その際に部屋に戻って対応できるメリットは思った以上に大きいと感じました。アーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウト対応可能な部屋があるのもポイント高いです。 不満があるとすれば大浴場のお湯が熱すぎて入れなかったです。他にも何人もいましたがみんな諦めて風呂に浸からずに出ていました。スノボでクタクタになった身体を癒したかったので残念です。
