那叫一個臟，都無法用語言形容了，看圖吧。看圖以後，如果不想上當的話，你應該自有選擇。
關鍵是，營業執照寫着“錦華酒店”，門口掛的卻是怡萊酒店；
更關鍵的是，房間詳情頁裏的圖片介紹和實際相差不是一點半點，給我的房間裏竟然有1根直徑1米粗的大柱子，特堵心！
跟前台申請換房，前台竟然説她們這兒就這樣的，挺乾淨，説沒房換不了，讓我不想住退房，這個服務態度真是絕了！

1.看着酒店是連鎖才定的，房間是內窗，酒店説明上沒寫，到房間感覺不舒服，去前台換，告訴我外窗的定完了，那就應該確認入住扣款前告訴並且詢問是否住。而且大多都是內窗，很壓抑。2.親子間，衹放了一套牙刷，香皂放了七天酒店的，毛巾很破還是什麼賓館的，衞生間淋浴在門後。第二天果斷換店，旁邊的新悦商務賓館簡直不要比這個好太多。

服務態度超級差，提出問題，服務員推卸責。本來感覺這個酒店的位置啥的，裏面的配置都挺好的，但是一進去裏面就有一股很臭的味道。最後才發現是那種拖鞋。給服務員反饋，服務員推卸責任，也不清理，還把鞋給扔回來，説話語氣和態度都非常不好。説我們矯情。多好的酒店啊，服務態度就是太不好了，可惜，一個服務員就讓我對一個酒店討厭至極，再也不來了

不推薦入住房建佈置很亂，衞生更糟糕，床單上大片血跡，床邊污漬看的讓人噁心。

掛羊頭賣狗肉，打怡萊的招牌，上去以後是個什麼賓館。服務態度和衞生水平還不如普通賓館。純純欺騙消費者，延安的酒店也太亂來了。
