Recommend. I go to Evergrande several times a year. This apartment should be the best decorated apartment in Evergrande. It has Mediterranean style, comfortable bed, beautiful sea view, and you can cook. The landlord provides rice cooker and pot, which is simple and easy. enough. I plan to stay for another month in the second half of the year.

房間挺大，但沙發、床褥都有一股很大的黴味，或許是因為下雨未及時開窗通風的的原因，陽台衹能看到一點點海景，沒有驚喜，陽台沒有曬衣服的衣桿，得臨時找店家要，衞生間花灑的固定器不是活動的，水開大點就平着噴了，五一期間剛好遇到大暴雨，小區全被淹，車庫防洪措施倒挺及時，店家一樓還弄了餐飲，試了一次，呃，味道一般吧，花甲沒處理好沙子太多，總的來説體驗感一般吧，大差不差

今天想着趕緊先寫個點評，家人居住後整體的感受都不錯，房間很乾凈，耿姐很熱情拿了到海邊浴場的卡，走到海邊也不遠，陽台還有兩個房間都可以看到海景，住的是 20 樓，還是很推薦大家

房東姐姐人很好，特意給我留的25樓，可以看日出，房子裝修風格喜歡，簡潔乾淨，小區出入方便，離南灣海灘很近，下樓走10多分鐘就到，晚飯後可以去沖沖浪，開車4分鐘就有一有海鮮農貿市場和大型超市，購物一站式搞定

玩的地方一般 被坑了就不長話短説 吃的也不好吃挺貴的 住的話剛開始遇到了一點問題 但挺快來解決的 人挺好的👌他們家的衞生方面挺好的 乾淨整潔 那管事大叔也不錯

定了房以後在攜程上問問題沒有人迴應，沒有人理我。然後我自己找到電話諮詢的。沒有大家評價説的什麼熱情之類，嚴重懷疑真實性。入住後，陽台有幾個煙頭未打掃，洗衣機很多積水，感覺像是昨天下雨給淋的。被子還算乾淨，就是躺在床上，坐在沙發上一股黴味。別説衣櫃那個了，就是一股黴味。估計沒有經常通風，沒有人住，就這樣了。再説説房間，陽台挺大，房間也算大，還有廚房可以用。我住的22層東向的，風特別大。可以看到一點沙灘。走去沙灘不近，感覺要十幾分鍾，玩完了走回去感覺很遠，比較累。恆大這個小區住的人不是很多，還算清凈。沙灘是要門票的，前台給了我們一張業主卡是可以免費進去，但是我們2大一小，一個人衹能一張卡。沙灘還挺大，有淺灘可以抓魚，抓螃蟹，挺不錯。恆大這裏吃的比較少，五一期間海陵島各種塞車，所以我們哪裡都沒去，衹是在恆大沙灘玩了，有些遺憾。
