民宿帶電梯，老闆很親切，服務非常好，房間寬敞乾淨，吃住行都很方便，允許寵物入住很有愛。民宿家裡兩衹柴犬可樂和黑豆特別可愛，值得推薦！

住過的比這家民宿檔次高的酒店有很多，但是國內比他家做的還好的，很用心的民宿我目前還沒有遇到過。首先房間乾淨，床單，被套乾燥，舒適，其次空調好（格力的），安靜，睡覺時感覺不到空調的聲音，周邊也很安靜，不靠大馬路。床和枕頭都挺舒服的。有廚房，很贊，但是後來我們用了老闆自己的廚房，謝謝。老闆，老闆娘很熱情好客，服務員也很有禮貌，免費停車就在客棧門口，也是很方便。客棧周邊有無數的餐廳，非常方便，自己走路去海鮮市場也很近，順便逛街，買完海鮮打個滴滴，回來也就幾分鐘。我是去哪兒的試睡員，特別推薦這家很用心做民宿的客棧。（建議：衞生間增加一個放肥皂的碟子，增加一個棉花棒，洗髮水，沐浴乳建議換一個更好聞的品牌，你的房間檔次都挺高的，衞生紙和餐巾紙建議和你的檔次同級別，建議用維達）下次我會帶家人再來的，期待你增加一個有大電視機或者投影的房間，我不介意貴幾十塊。

第一次來海陵島，聽從了同學的建議，來了這家小村居，還好，友誼的小船保住了，這傢伙還是靠譜的。畢業季，剛剛答辯完，壓抑緊張的情緒十分需要得到釋放，但是後續學校裏還有很多事情得處理，於是
約上三兩好友，來了一場説走就走的省內短行。民宿離大海很近，整體整潔大方，兩房一廳，我們住起來剛好，細節也很到位，性價比高。這一晚，我們説了很多，想了很多，一衹叫做可樂的狗聽了很多，老闆也給我們介紹了一些特色景點，感謝！這個民宿滿足了海子讓我對大海的所有想像：願我們有一個燦爛的前程，願我們有情人終成眷屬，願我們在塵世獲得幸福。

這次一家人出行帶着長者，房間很好很大，一樓有個小狗狗很可愛。房間可以做飯我們買了調料做了海鮮，離民宿不遠就是海鮮市場，大角灣也在附近做什麼都很方便，體驗感很好

第n次入住小村居，還是一如既往的乾淨衞生，房間一塵不染赤腳走都很舒服，洗衣機衣架廚房一應俱全，很適合長住，被褥毛巾都是高温消毒沒有異味，一樓茶室餐桌隨便使用，不想外面吃的自己動手做飯。黑柴小黑豆看着躺平拉出去溜的時候活力十足差點拉不住哈哈，距離景區步行幾分鐘就到非常方便。

以為好評是商家給錢弄的，實際上確實可以，身處市區又不吵，廚具齊全，買了不到200元的海鮮吃了兩餐，之前試過在外吃個早餐都差不多這價了，離海灘也近，來了這麼多次，這次是比較滿意的了

設施：廚具都有很方便
衞生：房間衞生間沒異味，很乾凈，地面那些也沒沙子
環境：很安靜，離收費沙灘很近，離免費沙灘有1公里路，周圍叫外賣啊吃糖水那些都很方便
唯一不好的就是房間沒桌子
