The room stank, the bathroom was covered in mold, it had not been cleaned (used toilet paper was still on the toilet), the air conditioning smelled strange and we even saw bugs in the bed.
we went again a few hours after check-in.

Very small hotel, and neighborhood not nice. Not prepared to host foreign people. Only boss speaks English, and communication wasn’t easy. Asked to buy tickets for some attractions, but always need to reconfirm, because even boss didn’t do the job :( and attractions were sold out. Staff is helpful, but limited to protocol and with no English at all. I won’t return, unfortunately!

Not a very good place, But ok for that price. The room was a bit smelly though. The hotel was quite close to West street and most of the times the staffs were friendly.

The cheaper rooms have everything u need and thankfully the have a washing machine and a nice roof terrace and shallow pool!

The location of the hotel is very good. You can rent electric cars and buy tickets in the store at a very favorable price. The service at the front desk is also very good. I recommended a lot of rooms and facilities to those who visited sooner or later. The room was upgraded for free. In particular, the rice noodles recommended by the front desk are much cheaper than the gold medal rice noodles. If I were to be tricky everywhere. But the scenery of Guilin is still first-class. It is still a place worth visiting.

The pictures are all real shots. The hotel is built on the mountain. It is very unique and comfortable. There is a rest area in the lobby on the first floor. I like the beverage machine very much. The staff at the front desk are warm and hospitable. It is very close to the lively West Street. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. It is very convenient. You can go shopping with your girlfriend in the evening. There are also many delicious and fun things near the hotel. Highly recommended! ! !
