Beautiful views from the panoramic room. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast was limited, but there are plenty of decent restaurants just up the road from the hotel.

However, one drawback is that it is not easy to find a convenient shop to purchase items in the evening. On the bright side, there are a few restaurant options located right next to the hotel, providing some dining choices for guests. Booked an extra night since we enjoyed staying in the area. The free treats in the afternoon are also a nice touch. Overall had an excellent experience staying at this hotel.

Perfect location, starting point of many attractions but also of brethtaking nature strolls. Adorable team, very kind and great service. The room was beautiful, the while hotel is nicely decorated. We loved every minute of our stay.

It's clean and the staff is kind. The view outside the window is the best. Breakfast is delicious, too. It's uncomfortable without a car because it's far from the pedestrian street.

The hotel view is just amazing 👏. The room as well as the hotel is clean and modern. We enjoyed every morning of the amazing view from our room, specially during the sunset. By arriving there was at least one staff who spoke English and help us to organize our trips and as well as get electric scooters deliver to the hotel. You can enjoy amazing places just 5 to 10 minutes away from the hotel by scooter. Only thing we thing can be optimized is the variety of breakfast for non Chinese visitors. However, only 8 min away you can find the Pica Pica Cafe which is ideal to have breakfast and lunch (ideal for westerns). There is also a good number of small chinese restaurants just walking distance as well. The hotel is about 12min away from the western street in downtown, Didis always available so not worry about this. Hope this can help other to answer any questions they might have.

Nice and helpful staff, helped us a lot with some trips. The swimming pool was not working but the staff quickly solved providing a close by swimming pool. The view from our room was amazing. We enjoyed a lot. Recommended!
