Facilities were decent, though parking required a bit of a walk. Cleanliness was alright, apart from some old, ingrained stains on the carpet that seemed to have been overlooked. The overall environment was quite pleasant. Service was acceptable, but lacked warmth and could definitely use improvement. The location was very convenient, being close to West Street.

Although the hotel was a bit far from the city center (20 minutes by foot), it was very good. Clean room, nice personnel, and a big playroom. We used the laundry room for free and they also lend us an umbrella. I definitely recommend.

I've stayed here before and have had a wonderful time and the services were great and the place was clean. But that was over a year ago and they weren't as busy then. This time around, service was slow, the cleanliness of the place had diminished, and the tourist guide of the hotel could have been more helpful. The stay was just ok.

The hotel is in good health, the room is clean and tidy, and secondly, the view is superb. Whether it is watching the scenery during the day or watching the stars at night, it is very pleasant. And the environment is very quiet, will not be disturbed at all, it is too important to have a good night's sleep. The most plus point is the aunt in the hotel. The people are really nice, warm and caring. They will take the initiative to help solve various small problems. They are as kind as family members, and make the whole accommodation experience warm a lot.

They even proactively gave us recommendations for local eateries and transportation routes, and detailed tips on what to avoid. During our stay, I called room service to ask for an extra set of toiletries, and they were delivered to our room in just 5 minutes with a wonderfully polite attitude.

Perfect location to stay in Yangshuo.You can just get to any attractions with cheap transportation. Beautiful view from the balcony facing famous West street pedestrian mall. Room has been updated ,Bed is so comfortable and room is bright and clean.Top hospitality. I would love to stay here again when I visit Guilin next time.

The surrounding area is also relatively quiet, not noisy at all, very comfortable, the room is spacious and bright, the hotel lobby is simple and generous in design, the front desk lady is very good, and the service is warm and thoughtful! The hotel is super good and super comfortable. The children don’t want to go out to play in the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. I am afraid of mosquitoes. Because in the mountains, the boss has done a good job of deworming, and there are no mosquitoes in the room. The outdoor soup pool is super comfortable. Summer is suitable for soaking in the water. Because the room is a glass room, I can still lie on the bed and watch the doll play outside. It is not too cool to watch the baby with my mobile phone. There is also a campground in the evening for you to eat supper ～ The price is right, it is really fragrant, a super satisfying stay experience 😄

Service: Checked in during the off-season, the store upgraded the room type, and the customer service WeChat gave a lot of travel suggestions. The service was excellent. Facilities: The public area was very comfortable, but every sofa in the suite I stayed in was very dirty and even damaged, so the sofa was basically not sat on, and the faucet was loose and leaking. Environment: The location is very good, there are many places to eat around, and it is 500-800 meters walk from West Street. You don’t have to live too close to West Street to find some authentic food. Overall: It is worth experiencing, but the hygiene situation makes me not come again. If the hotel is renovated in the future, I will highly recommend it.

Every corner is filled with intricate details; you simply can't stop taking photos! 🛏️ Room: We stayed in the ”Tea Art King Room,” and it was such a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and bright, the tatami mattress was soft and comfortable, and Muji-style toiletries, a smart toilet, and a Marshall speaker... every detail showcased quality. 💁 Service: The male and female butlers were gentle and attentive!
