最好的家庭式民宿，老闆一家人都非常和善，對客人就像家人一樣，房間還蠻乾淨，我們早中晚餐都在他家吃的，是老闆自己種的有機菜，非常美味，住店客人吃飯還給打了折，店就在仙島湖遊船碼頭二百多米的位置，離天空之城九百多米，非常方便，他家的房間窗户就可以看到仙島湖，停車可以停在他家馬路對面，附近也有大型停車場，下次帶親戚再來還住他家

房間乾淨衞生，老闆服務態度非常好。離仙島湖出入口非常近，不用開車，直接走過去就行了，非常方便，店裡做的農家菜也非常不錯，價格還非常實惠。

這裡是碼頭附近，吃住很方便，房間設施齊全，我們小孩馬上中考一起出來放鬆一下，住了兩天，果蔬都是老闆自己家種的，有機蔬菜

一層為餐館二三層住宿，門口可停車，附近也有免費停車場，適合自駕居住。房間乾淨衞生，晚上也非常安靜，入住體驗不錯。賓館位於仙島湖景區出口的那條街上，非常方便。一魚多吃味道非常不錯。非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。會推薦朋友和同事入住。

入坑329 大床房體驗
1.要求高慎入:沒電梯需要爬樓 沒有中央空調 （9月份晚上開18 度房間還是熱，空調噪音一晚上）
2.愛乾淨的慎入:床品不乾淨（床上有蜘蛛和灰塵）
3.沒有24小時服務:辦理入住第一次遇到需要打電話喊人過來辦理入住。
4.不喜歡貓的慎入:夏天味道有點大
5.老闆人品真的很差:本來14點計劃有變退了訂單，打電話打不通，聯繫了攜程客服，攜程客服幫忙給老闆打電話，電話打一直不通，於是4點左右攜程客服建議去了店裡麪問一下，去店裡麪，當時前台小姐姐態度還挺好，説沒關係可以退，確認完後我們驅車去了其他地方，到7點左右突然收到短訊不可以退，打電話過去問，態度強硬不能退，並且拉黑了我的電話，最後用老公電話打通跟他理論去店裡面前台的説法，老闆耍無賴説前台沒有培訓好，把電話掛斷。最後沒辦法選擇減少最小損失，攜程那邊也承諾願意幫忙賠付路費和損失（真的很感謝攜程客服認真負責的幫助）最後晚上9點驅車到店入住！

酒店非常靠近遊船下船的地方，走1/2分鐘即到達，老闆人非常好，帶着行動不便的老媽直接安排一樓房間，大堂乾淨整潔，明亮ins風，三衹貓咪🐱超級乖，隨便擼，房間很乾凈很新，很漂亮。

裝修風格比其他民宿好看很多，樓下路邊可以停車，東面是遊船碼頭，西側是個小水潭，無風的時候漂的白色垃圾有點多。靠樓梯的房間房門隔音不太行。

老闆人蠻好，就是走的時候一直説要我給五分好評有點煩人了！😂店裡三衹貓真的很乖，女寶第一次接觸動物很開心！性價比很高，再來的話還住你家。
問題反饋：
1、1樓沙發真的看起來好臟，我都不敢坐；
2、房間的馬桶蓋有問題，應該提前檢查的；
3、房門在開關的時候有點刮地板，牀頭櫃抽屜裏有灰；
3、房間床上的兩個花要不別擺了，看着好臟。
亮點：窗景很美，熱水很到位。浴缸夠大～
