This was the worst experience we had starting
at a hotel. Walls are paper thin literally! The room beside us were so noisy till 4 am. We called the reception and complained at 2 am and this was the reply: as a hotel is not suitable for us to call the guest and after insisting, just went to ask her manager“ they offered changing the room for us which was inconvenient at this time”. Then 4 am I went downstairs and asked the reception again to call them which she did “not sure if they dealt with the complaint the first time” and then we had no choice except changing our room at 4 am! As a result we missed breakfast, had the worst sleep ever and woke up tired.

適合自駕的旅行者，離市區駕車有段距離，環境清幽，前台服務熱情細緻，房間和圖片一致，乾淨整潔空間也比較大。但房間空調噪音相對較大，沿街一面偶爾會有火車經過，睡眠不好的話會有些影響。

建議管理人員可以去讀一首文映江的《詠針》，非常適合該酒店的部分同志。整體感覺環境衞生沒有問題，但是這個服務和管理真的是散漫無章。當我反應問題時，所謂的管理人員並沒有注意客户的意見，反而散漫的理着頭髮坐着，非常沒有誠意的拿出兩個剪紙妄想把我弄走就結束了。會議中心作為揚州市的臉面代表，這個“臉”真的是被丟凈了！

房間很乾凈，周圍環境優美。停車位充足，去瘦西湖坐公共汽車也很方便。早餐花樣豐富，很好吃！房間的電視機遙控器電池沒電了，打電話服務人員立刻趕過來解決了。臨走的時候還有小禮物，下次來會繼續入住這個酒店的！

這次來揚州跑馬拉松，看酒店正好在終點附近就直接訂了。到店後前台接待非常熱情，還給免費升級了房間，前台放有賽事駁接訊息，房間裏有專門的馬拉松早餐。房間寬敞整潔無異味，整體感覺非常棒。
