The hotel environment is very good, the courtyard is very beautiful, the hotel lobby and room decoration are all original; the evening is very quiet, the transportation is convenient, not far from the canal, you can walk there to see the night view and eat.

看了評價來預訂的，評論都是好評，跟實際情況完全不符，不知道之前的評論都是哪裡來的。酒店在亞朵後面，幾點如下: 1.進去的路面凹凸不平整，鋪的磚都碎了，差點被絆一跤，入門大廳在側面，很不顯眼，打聽了一下才摸到； 2.五一期間價格巨貴，680的價格，也就100-200的檔次，近幾年住過最粗糙的； 3.洗漱用品很廉價，多放了牙刷，少放了梳子，可見打掃質量，毛巾破損； 4.床鋪邋遢，床下還有之前客人用過的拖鞋，看不見的就不知道了； 5.酒店服務還可以，前台電話都能及時迴應。

5.2日入住該親子套房，5.3早上長者帶孩子去餐廳用早餐，帶了房卡報了房間號，但是餐廳服務員一味要求長者出示早餐券，長者表示下來的時候忘帶了，我們一會兒吃完了上樓拿了送下來了給餐廳，但服務員就是不同意，非得看到早餐券才給用餐。這樣的服務我認為一點兒不人性化，住了這麼多的酒店，第一次遇到這樣的服務，有房卡，房間號，入住人訊息，電腦上查一下該房間有幾份早餐，不行嗎？一定要難為長者來回跑，對於這次入住體驗是不滿意的。

房間挺不錯的，床很舒服，服務也很好，清潔阿姨很熱情，見到面都面帶笑容，感覺很親切，其中比較貼心的是退房的時候還送了很實用很有紀念價值的小禮品，酒店旁邊有家小秦麪館，味道也挺不錯的

毫不誇張地説這是我至今為止住過最棒的酒店了！前台很有歷史氛圍酒店內房間也乾淨整潔絲毫不遜色於5星酒店！最得誇的還得是酒店的早餐自助～雖然標準衹有20一個人的餐標但種類繁多味道正宗，早上的揚州炒飯更是堪稱一絕連當地的非遺大師品鑒後都會覺得自愧不如！雖然這次出行訂的標間價格稍微貴了點但是性價比真高完全值回了票價！是很滿意的一次住宿體驗！下次一定還來！

5分好評，酒店乾淨衞生，靠近古運河，晚上可以欣賞運河夜景。離幾個熱門景點也不是很遠，掃個電動車一會就到了，酒店樓下不遠就有電動車。特別感謝18號前台小姐姐，幫了不少忙，親切耐心，專業素養高，特別點贊👍
