Wonderful stay at a peaceful location. Not suitable for people without their own transport as it’s far from the city itself but for us it was perfect. The staff were very kind and helpful and went above board to make our stay magical. We enjoyed feeding the fish and picking veggies from the little farm as part of our experience.

這是庭院式小別墅。 我住的這套平層別墅有一個大廳三個房間，還帶一個後花園。酒店後面還有一個園林，沿着河畔。這個地方是在一個村裡面兒。很安靜。管家式服務。吃飯需要提前預訂，他們會根據客人的多少和訂餐情況去購置食材。不過你也可以點外賣，雖然很遠，但是也有。早餐很豐盛。特別適合想擺脱喧囂，安靜下來的人。旁邊是淘寶大學，也可以來上學。

環境:該民宿亭台樓閣，小橋流水，典型的江南園林設計。而且民宿可以帶狗狗，我們去的當天，衹有我們一家，所以狗狗在大花園裡撒歡，非常快樂。
服務:服務人員都很客氣，對於指出的問題，也能虛心接受。
説説缺點，也就是給民宿指出的不足:
1.我們辦理入住的時候，保安師傅要求我們出示身份證，然後在沒有徵得我們同意的情況下，就拍照上傳給負責登記的服務人員了。這種用手機隨便拍下客人身份證的行為非常不妥，也很不專業。
2.民宿在農村，吃飯衹能在民宿內吃。但是民宿的菜單沒有明碼標價，而且需要提前預訂。
3.民宿的熱水來的很慢，沒有老時間需要多少分鐘過來，但是我們是開了很久熱水，在以為沒有熱水，準備找服務員問的時候，才感覺到好像有點温熱的感覺了。我們是五月二十一日入住的，所以不會覺得冷。如果是冬天入住的客人在不知情的情況下，脱了衣服去洗澡，半天等不來熱水，可能會凍着。需要提前把熱水打開，等有熱水出來了，才能脱衣。
4.水壓偏低，洗澡不夠爽。
總體來説，民宿的環境非常值得稱讚。對於不足，民宿方面也能虛心聽取意見，除了水壓和熱水問題不能解決外，其他都表示會改。相信他們會越辦越好！

環境真的好，酒店大門口就是麥田，房間很寬敞舒適，主要可以帶狗狗，花園很大，狗狗玩的很嗨，因為是工作日所以客人不多，很安靜！

出行這麼多次，體驗最差的一次。我和父母一路從北京開車到這裏開啟我們南下游的第一站。到的時候是凌晨1點。外面下了特別大的雨，門口特別黑，完全沒有燈，衹有旁邊一個小樓裏面房間有燈，我父親冒着大雨去敲門看有沒有人。裏面完全沒人應，我父親就到處找人，最後是我打了2通電話找到酒店的人，才聯繫到裏面的保安。對方回覆説在看電視沒聽見！然後我們讓保安帶我們去房間，對方（普通話非常糟糕）把我們帶到院子外，指了停車的地方和住的院子就自己走了。我就冒着大雨在院子裏想辦法開門。但是無法打開。我就又打電話聯繫了酒店的人。最後酒店的人又把那個保安叫回來給開門才發現那個門的開發是靠他丟給我們的兩串鑰匙裏，其中一個上面掛的小電子牌來開的。這些完全沒有人交代給過我們。都折騰完進了房間，我和我父親兩人褲子鞋襪已經被大雨浸濕透。當時的心情真是糟糕透了。過後酒店解釋説根據運營需求晚上就會交接給保安，因為來住這裏的人晚上入住的少。師傅是安徽人，普通話不好等等等等。我想在這裏説明，站在酒店的立場，我什麼都能理解，但就不理解，我作為客人為什麼要理解酒店的運營需求給我和我家人帶來的麻煩。我無論白天晚上入住，都是付一樣的費用，為什麼客人晚上到店就要接受大打折扣的服務？如果酒店不能很好的接待晚入住的客人，可以不接！看着父母在整個過程中跟着一起着急，還淋了雨，真的很難過…

優點:環境非常好，有中式建築，也有田園風光，非常休閑放鬆。贈送的摘蔬菜很好，孩子很喜歡。
不足:離市區稍微有一點遠。另外，洗澡的熱水要放一會兒温度才能上來。床墊不夠軟。

民宿的環境真的不醜，有點古代園林的感覺，有假山、有水、有亭子…古色古香的，很安靜適合休假睡覺，沒有城市裡的喧囂，水裡還有不少小魚；前台那個短髮的接待人員態度也好好，有耐心，點贊👍下次還會來

管家服務非常好，房間也很舒適，早餐送到房間非常貼心～美中不足就是交通不是很方便，如果自駕來會好很多，位置相對比較偏，需要管家幫忙叫車才能出行～如果夏天來景色會更好一些，深秋初冬周圍環境有點荒涼～但是整體居住體驗蠻好的～室內採光特好，每個別墅有自己的小院子，可以點燒烤外賣～臨走前還送了稻米，特別樸實周到～
