酒店非常臟，有氣味，沒電梯，沒電話機，有事找前台衹能用自己手機撥打前台電話。房間廁所沒門，設施老舊。晚上找不到服務員，衹有一個大爺值夜班。洗澡的淋浴器是用電的，必須一個洗完澡，等很久才能用。遇到五一華晨宇演唱會酒店價格翻幾倍。預先扣除房款，還要再收200元按金。

不推薦這個房。
首先是入住體驗：房間非常冷，衹有一個空調，無法温暖整個房，床上有電熱毯還不錯，但是電熱毯無法和暖爐一起用因為會跳閘；歐式傢俱都是塑料製品，很輕，透露着廉價感；浴缸是裝飾品，不出水也不能用；窗簾非常臟，不願意用手碰。
其次是違和、破舊的房間佈局透露着詭異氣息，晚上房間充斥着恐怖氣氛：房間多處有裂痕、水漬；卧室燈光不夠明亮；歐式中式風格混亂，牆上九萬的這個暗格我真以為是在密室逃脱。

親子出遊臨時住一天，房間整潔乾淨，陽光充足。客服很有耐心，客服講解清楚，總體感覺不錯👍，提一個小建議能把貓眼換成單向的就更好了。不是很會做評價，希望不會給你造成不便。

門口寫了一句“我們衹招待朋友，我們不服務上帝”，且不説服務不怎麼滴，招待朋友的標準或者是不是真在招待朋友 那就差些意思了。第一晚連一次性拖鞋都沒有，第二晚換了房間 鎖還是壞的，衹能扣上門栓，外面人衹要一開門 就能打開……連起碼的安全都沒有保障，這是招待朋友？？要不是五一假期資源緊張，我就換酒店了，下次再來煙台，絕不會住這種酒店了，拉黑。

客服很好，到店後給我從60多平的特大房升級為80多平的套房，房間超大，是歐式風格，裝修是花了本錢的，不但房間大，走廊也很寬，還有幾處休息室，陽光房可以曬衣服，真是超級享受。酒店離鳳凰山公園很近，離50路公交站200米左右可以直接到朝陽街，火車站北廣場，交通還是方便的。
