Wonderful Stay – 5 Star Service!
I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were always helpful and attentive whenever we needed anything. A big thank you to them for assisting with collecting my parcels — it really made things easier for me. They consistently checked in to see if we needed anything and were always smiling and reassuring, which made us feel very welcome.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-kept. The bed and cushions were especially excellent — super comfy for a good night’s sleep.
Overall, a very pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return!

來煙台遊玩無意間找到了這家酒店，就在朝陽街旁邊的小巷子裏，房子整體是原來的老建築改造的，佈置的古色古香，一整個鬧中取靜。酒店指定停車場在街的西邊，當然東北角有個停車場更近些。
房間的空間挺大，一家人住空間也比較舒適，早飯是九宮格再加些主食，
店裡的服務態度非常好，尤其是店長和管家非常熱情，所有的行程攻略也都事先推薦，碰到後還會及時詢問是否需要幫助，讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺，體驗非常好還又續了一天，下次有機會來煙台還會選擇的店。

絕對的芝罘區住宿性價比之王，強烈推薦！房間很大，陳設簡約大氣，75寸大電視看得很舒服。床品優秀，一夜好眠。中秋當天還送了果盤，管家服務很貼心，有問題及時處理。總之很好的酒店，五星好評。下次來一定還選這裏！

一場説走就走的旅遊，臨落地前幾個小時定的酒店，驚喜到出乎意料的完美！酒店坐落最繁華的朝陽街，下樓就是朝陽街，出門不到10分鐘到海邊和煙台山，離所城裡步行也是十幾分鍾，非常方便！離有盒馬鮮生的大悦城步行十幾分鐘左右！再説説房間，特別特別好，乾淨，面積大，因為是一家三口出遊，十一期間家庭房特別難定，網上沒有空房間，老闆給我免費升級為豪華家庭房。每天都有免費水果贈送，中秋有贈送的月餅，飲用水還是百歲山，各個細節老闆都做的很到位，早餐是九宮格食盒，不夠吃管添管夠。來煙台三天，其中兩天下雨，着實有點影響心情，但是酒店選的真的好，下次還來😊

來到鳳朝陽酒店，彷彿穿越至舊時光與現代的交匯點，精美的雕花穹頂下，古香色樓梯與智能燈光系統碰撞出奇幻美學，連走廊都像藝術長廊，隨手一拍便是氛圍感大片。我們入住的套房以低飽和莫蘭迪色系為主調，智能窗簾隨日出自動開啟，躺在懸浮浴缸裏，抬頭是星空頂投影，低頭是管家手寫的歡迎詩箋，細節控直接淪陷。
服務更是超預期：早餐現煮海鮮麪鮮掉眉毛，九宮格的早餐十分的精美；離店時禮賓部還熱情的送我們到煙台站，地理位置絕佳，就在朝陽街裏，轉角就能邂逅海浪拍岸的浪漫。無論是情侶約會還是閨蜜拍照，這裏都能把儀式感拉滿。鳳朝陽，大概就是煙台寫給旅人的一封温柔情書。

帶着一家老小來煙台，酒店工作人員都非常熱情，尤其是那個女孩子，非常温暖。酒店設計很美，到的這幾天在下雨，雨滴落在屋檐跟中庭氛圍拉滿。酒店剛開業，設施當然也都很新，衞生也乾淨。位置也在景區中心，美中不足的是早餐一般，以及房間還有味道
