很乾凈，温馨的小家，倆個卧室都有空調，床墊睡覺比我家的舒服，很喜歡落地窗，開着窗風很清爽。樓下就是公交車站、直着下去就是海水浴場，煙台山，非常方便。一家人都很開心，可惜衹能定一晚，後面租出去。

一進屋子裡有股發黴的味道。衞生一般。既然選擇做民宿，希望房東能好好打掃一下房子。位置挺便利，近煙台客運港。

首先房東確實很熱情，解決問題也快。但是打掃衞生的人真的給這個民宿拉低了整體的水平，細節上有些偷懶了，小屋子的窗簾由於空調擋住了不能完全拉上露了一個角，空調聲音稍微有點大。房子位置可以後面有夜市一條街，出行公交很方便。房東給我們留了存行李的時間這個點很贊，總體上還可以。

不錯，房東有問必答。可以洗衣做飯，交通也方便，門口就有公交站。尤其是小區旁邊那條小吃街品種很豐富價格也不貴，幾乎每晚都去。
