很nice，住的很舒服！服務很好，床也很舒服，被子看這薄薄一床，但是很暖和！服務也很好，還幫我們延遲了退房。
而且這家的地理位置也很棒，如果想去景區的話，算是中間位置，交通很方便，門口就是17路，還有61路，這些，來回公家站點都很近。
看海，看日出，步行十來分鐘就能到海濱廣場，再往前就是第一海水浴場。海濱廣場很出片喲。還有煙台山，也在旁邊。
看日出，沒起來到晚了，可以在走廊玻璃窗將就一下。
全季酒店出門右邊有條小巷子，穿過去後麪就是一些當地家常店，當地快餐藍白的菜不錯，旁邊有家炸**，炸雞好吃！回家飛機上都還在回味，想着該多買一個的！前面那家牛肉粉不錯，旁邊超市賣的藍莓一大盒很新鮮，才30！
如果你要專門趕海，其實養馬島或者金沙灘那邊更好點，一般玩耍啥的，這家很nice！

總體來説，服務人員都很好，也很熱情，但酒店設施不是一般的差，是住過最不舒服的。
首先就是屋裡有很重的氣味，就像頭油味兒散不出去，過一會實在受不了了，前台幫換了個房間，好一點但也還是有隱隱的氣味。馬桶按鍵不好用需要使勁才能沖，淋浴頭是歪的調整不過來一直往牆上沖，很鬧心但衹能都忍了。
更無語的是，酒店在用水高峯期因維修停了熱水，但並未通知客人，也不知道打個手機，難道白天不在酒店就不配接到通知了嗎，我六點到酒店，洗了好幾分鐘涼水澡才認識熱水壓根沒有而不是慢。問前台，説在維修水箱，一開始説是九點來，接着就是一到時間就説還得一小時，我濕着頭髮甚至有點凍的發燒，直到十點半還沒有熱水，得十一點多才能燒完，真是白白等，要是早知道這麼晚還沒有熱水早就換酒店了跟你們耗什麼。
我很生氣，酒店説要給我一個房券下次使用，我直言下次來煙台也不會住他們家，然後給我免了這晚上的房費，但這都是我非常生氣表達了店裡怕我差評才有的結果，體驗太差了，第二天退房訂了其他酒店，舒心多了。
但值得表揚的是，酒店的服務人員還是努力在解決問題的，奈何配套設施跟不上啊，白瞎了好人。

一直很信賴全季，提前預訂的無早大床房，和往常住的大床房價格上可能便宜了30塊錢左右。以為價格差異來自於有/無早餐，結果房間面積、設施設備都有巨大差異。窗户極小，設施設備簡陋，還有很大的噪音🤷♂️入住後很是不解，到攜程看了下差評，結果基本都來自於大床房🤦♀️🤦♀️咱就説這個房型是非賣不可嗎？跟消費者玩文字遊戲，砸了自己的品牌真的好嗎🤦♀️🤦♀️消費者花了幾乎同樣的價格，得到了完全不一樣的產品？？？？？？？訂單上面寫着有歡迎水果，但是水果呢？？？也沒看到🤷🤷🤷攜程上寫14點之前退房即可，前台訂單卻要求12點之前退房，第二天早我主動給前台説了過後，前台給我延遲了退房時間；給前台反映噪音大過後，送了一套指甲剪給我。總得來説：是一次前所未有的全季不滿意入住體驗。

入住的時候，前台看到帶了兩個小朋友，小零食都送了兩份，前台的小姐姐也很漂亮。距離朝陽街很近，步行就到朝陽街、煙台山，房間乾淨整潔，尤其剛從民宿那邊換過來，感覺還是得定正規的酒店。早餐也不錯，總體很滿意。退房時送了小禮品，是指甲刀，不小心把房卡帶走了，第二天來還房卡時，又送了一個杯子。各方面都很滿意！

自助餐餐品豐富，大人小孩都有喜歡，最喜歡蒸餃啦，一出門就是17路公交車站，簡直太方便了，距離煙台山和朝陽街都可進了，酒店環境好服務人員太貼心了，還給小朋友帶禮品，來煙台旅遊第一印象超級不錯，還送了一個杯子的伴手禮，推薦來旅遊的朋友入住

雖然來的兩天是音樂天，但因為住宿的服務和環境都很好，所以心情一直很棒！
服務方面：前台的小哥哥專業禮貌貼心，給升了房，送了水果，太sweet啦！day2晚上去洗衣房洗衣服，不太會操作，去前台找小姐姐幫忙，還把烘乾也委託給她們了。退房當天我身體不舒服，就休息到快兩點才走，前台也完全沒有催促，還説不用着急X﹏X，誰懂這句話在那一刻的含金量！然後説説早餐，豐富中餐➕簡單西餐，中餐部分很有山東特色，蒸山葯花生胡蘿蔔，我真是從小吃到大（祖籍山東hh），小鹹菜也很好吃，菜品會及時補充。蜜瓜軟糯的一口咬下去還以為是在日本，不過這個季節不夠甜是正常的，西瓜非常贊！
房間很乾凈，沒有死角，也非常寬敞，我吃撐了直接在房間裏遛彎兒，窗外能看到一點點海，哦商務大床真的很大，太爽了😁茶飲部分，四瓶常温水➕兩瓶冷藏水➕兩個茶包，還有茶具和熱水壺，關鍵熱水壺是靜音的，別太優秀了我説。
最後説下位置，離港口和煙台站都蠻近的，我們是從大連坐船過來，走的時候是高鐵，打車都很方便，出租車or網約車都行，不想打車也有公交車直達，附近就有公交站點，真的很不戳，我們有行李箱所以就都打車啦！btw離朝陽街博物館都很近，離煙台山好像也近我們沒去。
出來玩住的舒心對我來説很重要，這次感覺真的很幸運很開心，雖然天氣不作美，但吃住行都很贊👍🏻
