五一期間去宏村，抱着試試看的心情定的酒店。
服務：前台小姐姐很熱情，也很負責
環境：酒店離主要景點有點距離，適合自駕居住
衞生：酒店很乾凈，衞生滿意👍
設施：全屋小愛同學，適合我這種懶人語音操作。 但是酒店沒有快充樁，地庫一共3個慢充，先到先得，對電車車主不是特別友好。
早餐還不錯～簡簡單單。 餐廳外的觀景台超讚！

酒店在一個風景秀麗的小鎮，離西遞和宏村都不遠。酒店很乾凈，很新，服務人員也很熱情。早餐也很好，品種很多，很新鮮。我的沖鋒衣忘在衣櫃裏了，晚上入住了黃山下的另一個酒店才想起來，聯繫了酒店很快幫我找到還給寄到家裡。很贊。還送了當地小零食。不想出去了，還可以在酒店裡喝茶看書。

參加自行車比賽入住的，是新酒店，距離老城區不遠，有雙早，房間很大很寬敞，衞生環境好，設施設備齊全，房間隔音效果好，入住體驗佳。下大雨賽事時間整體推後，前台小姐姐小姚及經理等人幫忙延遲退房，很貼心，服務態度和效率一流。下次來黟縣還會入住，也會分享給身邊人！

晚上十一點半才到酒店辦理入住
前台小姐姐説給我們一個好的房間是景觀大床房
懷着滿滿的期待上樓，發現門口居然貼了一句非常觸黴頭的話“春暖財止”，查了各個渠道也沒有這個話的出處。
感覺千里迢迢過來玩變的非常掃興。
馬上聯繫前台，前台也給不到合理的解釋，説都是房管的問題，那我想知道這種話怎麼能出現在一個正規酒店的房間門前，隨即馬上換了房間，人來人往這麼多人，都沒有人發現並糾正
第二天早上六七點就有人在門口吵架，隔音特別差，一直到九點都沒有人出來管。
結合這兩個事情這個酒店給我的感受真的非常差，以後會在來黃山，但是不可能住這個酒店了。

3服務好 入住時已經18:30了，前台辦理入住迅速，且熱情提醒當晚19:58有煙火表演，並主動添加微信，18:50提醒觀看，像家人一樣的服務，非常滿意

先説結論：非常推薦！硬件 軟件 服務都很棒！會推薦給朋友
環境：位置可能略偏僻，但是非常適合自駕。非常安靜！
設施：房間很大，還有個茶桌，帶點新中式的風格，非常有特色
衞生：非常乾淨！！！

酒店是新開的，去宏村和西遞都很方便。酒店早餐很有特色，走的時候小朋友的床護板忘記拿了，酒店第一時間主動和我聯繫，因為已經離店了，酒店給我快遞寄回來了，非常暖心，贊👍🏻
