Hotel external overall view looks grand but interior only so so, room doesn’t looks worth the price except got spring water in room. Counter staff not so professional, Location only super near bus station but need walk quite far to amenities.

服務人員很親切，面對龜山島視野非常好，頂樓百萬夜景超級美，搭配美食夜點很加分，很推薦的住宿，距離礁溪街上跟溫泉街很好逛

很老舊，設施不怎樣。這個價位可以選擇其他更好的飯店。
廁所沒有乾濕分離，泡澡池很小 看起來不太乾淨，
房間也很小，隔音超差！
早餐很普通，食物不太熱。
總而言之不太推🥲

飯店大廳雖然不大但是非常的乾淨，時刻都看到有人在打掃。
櫃檯人員也都非常親切，細心的介紹飯店設施。裸湯非常棒，每天早上清池換水，所以一定要在第一天去（開放時間15：00-23：00）。
溫泉魚也很特別，魚池很乾淨。
住房在高樓層，整個蘭陽平原景色白天到晚上非常療癒。

礁溪酒店有三至四個溫泉區給客人選擇。亦有男女私人風呂。服務時間亦很長。浸完溫泉可以行出火車站那邊行夜市。郊通也很方便。酒店對面亦是長途車車站。以酒店價錢來說也是勝價比高
