Breeze Hot Spring Hotel ★★★
"The shower water was a mix of hot and cold."
Kilin Hotel JiaoXi ★★★★
"This hotel is outdated, you can see a thin layer of moss on the floor due to the showerhead dripping constantly, the public hot springs area has quite a few jet controllers out of order,l had to request a dehumidifier to get rid of moldy smells in the room. The breakfast was a reasonable price with an average quality, the rooftop naked spa area has beautiful night light views, also, the good thing was all the staff were super helpful for all the requests."
Prince Hot Spring Hotel ★★★
"The environment here is great, right in the tourist area. Walking into the hotel, everything is meticulously clean. The bathroom, which is important to me, was also spotless. I really love the atmosphere of this place. Next time I visit Yilan, I'll definitely look for this hotel again."
Happiness YES Hostel ★★
"I was allocated a room at the back next to pantry. It was super noisy. Hearing people laughing chatting at 3am using the pantry . Sound insulation was so bad"
Happiness Yes Story B&B ★★
"Affordable, comfortable and convenient B&B👍🏻 If I have the chance to come again, I will consider booking again 😂"
Lakeshore Hotel Suao ★★★★
"The hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, which I really appreciated. There aren't many special tourist attractions or themes nearby the hotel. The biggest highlight of the hotel is having both hot and cold springs available. However, the dehumidifier in the room was extremely loud, which was a significant disturbance for someone who has trouble sleeping."
Michi Hotel - Luodong ★★
"The room is clean, toilet also clean, have bath tub but we did not use it. Staff is helpful to help take care of luggage"
Yilan Luodong Yours B&B ★★
"Friendly service, great location, and good facilities."
Hotel Pin Jiaoxi ★★★★
Enjoy hot springs in the room. The game room features age-specific designs and Switch games.

Wonderwall
"Stepping in, the ambiance immediately sets a great mood, and the outdoor view is fantastic! The room itself was clean and comfortable. My child wasn't feeling well and caused some mess, but there were no extra charges, which was incredibly thoughtful! Highly recommend~"
THE ARCHIPELAGO
"This hotel must be the best in eastern Taiwan. It boasts unbeatable ocean views, directly facing Turtle Island, and is conveniently located near Wushih Port, making it easy to catch whale-watching tours and enjoy seafood restaurants. We stayed for two nights, but due to a last-minute change in our itinerary, we ended up in different rooms (the first night in a Sky Mountain View room, the second in a Deluxe Ocean View room). Both rooms had excellent decor and views. We switched rooms on the second day at noon, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They had already prepared the ocean view room for us beforehand, allowing us to move in as quickly as possible. A big thank you to the front desk and service staff that day. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very rich and delicious, and the à la carte breakfast on the 3rd floor we had on another morning was also great. The public hot spring bath was fantastic. Overall, it's a wonderful five-star hotel that I highly recommend!"
Yilan Hibnb Guesthouse
"The quadruple room is bigger than expected ~ the bathroom is oversized ~ the whole is clean, clean and comfortable, the bed is also very soft ~ the boss is very kind ~ push"
MU JIAO XI HOTEL
"This was my second stay at the Wellspring Suite with a King bed at Hotel MU Jiaoxi, and it continues to maintain an excellent standard. The room's layout and flow are well-designed, the king bed is comfortable, and the in-room hot spring bath is incredibly convenient. The water temperature is stable, making for a truly relaxing soak, which is the main reason I chose to stay here again. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; it felt fresh and spotless upon check-in. The hotel's public facilities and environment are still well-maintained. During peak times, some facilities require a short wait, but the overall management is orderly. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist with any issues promptly. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is replenished quickly, maintaining a good standard even on this second visit. The hotel's location in Jiaoxi town is very convenient for transportation, making it easy to go out for meals or shopping. Overall, both of my stays have been excellent experiences, making it a great choice for travelers looking to relax and enjoy hot springs in Jiaoxi. I would definitely consider returning in the future."
Hotel Royal Chiao Hsi
Japanese-style accommodation with indoor and outdoor hot springs. The lobby even boasts a massive bookshelf.
Wellspring by Silks Jiaoxi
"The environment is quiet and peaceful, and it's super close to the train station, just a three to five-minute walk to the bustling city center. The hotel staff are all friendly and enthusiastic, making us feel right at home during our stay. The room and bathroom were clean, and they provided coffee and tea. The mini-fridge had complimentary drinks, plus a delightful surprise: high-quality facial masks replenished daily! There was also a selection of pillows with different firmness levels to choose from. Every day, there's a Happy Hour offering free red and white wine, specially crafted non-alcoholic drinks, ginger tea, and some snacks."
Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa
"The bed was super large and the comforter was very comfortable. The toilet was a Japanese-style bidet. Since the room had its own private onsen, I didn't go to the hotel's public hot spring this time. There's a gym and an e-sports room, which is really great! It's about a ten-minute walk from the Jiaoxi MRT bus station, which is a bit far. It would be more convenient if I could catch the train. The hotel room was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly :)"
Cuncyue Hot Spring Resort
Located near Luodong Night Market. It features balconies, hot springs, and relaxing nano milk baths.
Crownshine Resort
"The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a rich variety of dishes. It wasn't a rough hodgepodge, but clearly prepared with care. The juice wasn't the bottled concentrated kind; you could taste the pulp, giving it a freshly squeezed feel. The toast wasn't just plain white bread either, but came in different flavors. The dining hours were also thoughtfully extended until past noon, offering more options for late risers!"
YZ SPA House
"Second stay, very good service, very good location, this time I experienced the bedrock bath, bedrock bath can detoxify, improve sleep quality, very good experience, sincerely recommend Youzhai is the first choice for staying in Yilan~"
Evergreen Resort Hotel (Jiaosi)
Offers Eurasian suites, milk baths, Japanese bedrock baths, and a large rooftop garden pool.
Kailan Hotel
"One of the best places we stayed in Taiwan. Nice room with balcony. Free noodle soup at night. Friendly staff"
Yu Yu Villa
"Staying on the first floor was a bit noisy; the soundproofing wasn't great, and I could constantly hear conversations from the living room. The hot water took a long time to heat up and never got very hot, which was quite uncomfortable given the cold weather."
Lounge Hotel
"Location is near train station, free welcome drink and dessert is amazing at top floor splendid Italian restaurant."
Lanyang Seaview Hotel
Offers ocean view dining, pools, a library, KTV, and a kids' play area with local food.
