春節放假期間早餐送到客房，食物品種還是挺豐富的，特別是客房配備了24小時不間斷電源，最大限度的保障了電腦使用及數據及時備份。

簡言之，空調夜裡壞了沒得修酒店沒有任何解決措施 沒有任何致歉及補償。
入住第二天氣温35度，空調夜裡壞了。顯示温度非常低但根本沒有製冷作用。半夜熱醒，酒店無法維修，説是維修的師傅進房間按空調有十分鐘左右，沒有任何作用，並告知我空調在正常工作。聯繫前台説是滿房無法換房。溝通再三，什麼總值經理提出讓我們忍一下，當時已經接近中暑，在身上拍涼水降温的狀態。前後溝通一小時多，最後我提出拿冰塊的建議後，經理説先安排給我們房間送冰塊其他問題明天早上再説。第二天離店，前台甚至連一句道歉的話都沒有提，假裝對一切不知情。我因為前一晚沒有休息好且急於趕行程沒有精力繼續理論。

酒店位置在老城區市中心，距離承天寺塔、鼓樓、清真寺、小天安門都很近，入住後我們一家人很滿意，重點説下前台的服務，給我們留下了最美好的印象，入住時🈶️美女給我們遞上了酸甜可口的飲品，給孩子贈送了小童用的拖鞋和牙刷，暖心的問候甜美的笑容，不得不説小姐姐們的顏值也是非常高啊，辦理速度非常快，講解了酒店的服務及設施，免費贈送的內容！很棒，下次來還要見到前台美女們，哈哈哈😝特別感謝前台李經理的專業服務！

剛進去服務員接待挺好，我問了一下房間有沒有冰鎮的水，説沒有，我看前台有冰箱，但是前台員工也沒有主動説給拿個冰鎮的。房間挺不好找，錯層的，第一次沒找到，在後麪的樓，但是前面的樓的電梯上去也沒有指示牌，衹有前台在登記的時候説了一下上去右邊走，但其實要往右邊走到頭。房間內地毯有很多渣渣，瓜子皮，還有不知道哪來的羽毛絮絮，找拖鞋的時候光腳被瓜子皮扎到。杯子很臟，裏面都是白毛毛，準備放衣服到衣櫃，結果拿下來黑褲子變灰了，一摸一層灰。洗手間沒有獨立的洗浴拖鞋，要麼光腳洗，要麼把一次性的就洗濕了，真的很難受，空調沒有用，進去的時候是26度，開了冷風能感覺到吹的風有點點是涼的，但是房間温度沒有下降，晚上很熱，早上起來出的一身汗，被子建議該換薄的了。
