房間設施還是不錯的，空間很大，除了發現一衹小強。沒有電梯，樓梯間又窄、又悶，提着行李到五樓，一身臭汗。所謂的免費停車就是停在人行道上，需要一定技術。沒有什麼服務，網上自助辦理入住手續，門口有一保安，對人愛搭不理的

入住之前查過在網上的宣傳很少，主打一個低調😊形式有點像民宿型的小酒店；沒有電梯，但房間比較智能化，內部乾淨整潔，傢俱新，房間沒有味道，細節處皆是用心；房間有窗户，雖然店是在馬路邊，入住的房間窗户對着後面的小區，非常安靜，陽光也充足，拉開窗簾即見綠植；雖然沒有停車場，但樓下的收費停車也不貴，交通也算便利；以上綜合來説性價比很高👍🏻老闆也很好溝通，下次還來😘

每次去英德出差都住這間雲客美宿民宿店，住着舒服，他那裡的房間面積挺大的，設備都很齊全，床墊睡着舒服。智能門鎖，不需要卡開門，安全度高。
