大堂很氣派，周圍環境很不錯，安靜、乾淨。但房間內的衞生很差，尤其衞生間，地面上居然散落着長頭髮，顯然是上一個客人離開後，保潔員沒打掃衞生間。另外，衞生間玻璃門、衣櫃門都不乾淨。早餐更差，完全就是湊合。總之，這家酒店給我留下的印象很不好e

石柱山金陵大酒店，正好是聖誕節那一陣子去住的，大堂一派節日氣氛，房間還是非常舒服的，關鍵酒店有温泉，而且是真的温泉，住了差不多一週，很滿意。

本來認為選了一個周圍很安靜的酒店，結果早晨4點到處鳥叫~根本無法休息。非常影響睡眠。然後冰箱裏放的2盒牛奶和鵝蛋忘拿了，不知道查房的時候工作人員有沒有看到，也沒有主動聯繫顧客。

房間門鎖不上，三次服務員上門簡單弄了一下，沒根本解決問題，説要報維修解決，衹能反覆關門，碰巧關上，設施服務均差。一次非常遺憾的家庭休閑遊。
