The service is first rate! There is no elevator but there are officers who are willing to take things to the top floor, when you want to leave your breast milk in the freezer you can take it, and what's even better is that my husband and I felt that the AC wasn't cold enough in the deluxe room, the Gercep officer immediately offered to move to a cooler room. even to a suite room without any additional costs!
