This hotel is very kids friendly. Staff are nice and accommodating. They also provides a free bus tickets during your stay. Rooms are very clean and fresh.

A great hotel with good location in Banff. The room type fits three families. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Rooms are big and clean. Furniture a bit old but still ok. We found clothes from the previous guest in the room. It has a public outside hot pool the is nice.

Excellent for families stay, you can cook for yourself. The location is not far from center, the hotel has provided free coupons and bus stop in front of hotel. One minus is the facilities very old.

We were happy with this place. It seems dated but in nice repair (much like our home and ourselves). We wanted it mostly for the fireplace but the room had more than that with a full kitchen and full size appliances. If we ever wanted to be in Banff and make substantial home cooked food, this would be ideal. The bed was great and the staff very kind and friendly. It is in a natural mountain area just five minutes by car from downtown Banff. We had a balcony looking at a Mountain view and deer in the yard in front of the unit. There is bus service into town and free tickets offered by the resort. There is a water slide and an indoor and outdoor hot tub which is nice but not really a breathtaking setting. If you enjoy corn mazes this building has a lot of routing in it that takes a while to learn. We joked with other guests about that. All in all, pretty okay. We would book here again.

A great stay

Located 1.8 kilometers from the bustling town of Banff, it's a bit remote and quiet, requiring driving for shopping and dining. Deer and other wildlife are found around the hotel. Maintenance wasn't provided daily. The sofa bed had worn springs, making it difficult to sleep. On my last night, I curled up on the couch. The room was large and relatively spacious, with kitchenware and tableware provided. The facilities were a bit dated, but the price was relatively affordable compared to other hotels, making it a good value.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was large but quite dated, but still clean. The accommodations are in need of some renovation.

There was a free bus in front of the hotel, and it was easy to get to downtown Banff, and it was quiet, so it was nice. If I had time, I would have gone swimming, but it was a good place to stay comfortably.

Looking at the reviews, everyone said it arrived in 5 minutes. When I got there I realized it was only a 5-minute drive. Instead of walking for five minutes. The room was very old and smelled of burning wood as soon as you entered. Very uncomfortable. There were bugs in the room. The bed is hard and the sofa bed is uneven The pool water was dirty. The outdoor facilities were nice and clean.

The hotel is old and gloomy, a bit like the ones in horror movies... From the parking lot to the room, you have to push open two old fire doors and walk through the dim corridor. The room door lock is obviously pried open, with a big gap... The interior is decorated in the style of the 70s/80s, mainly dim, because there is a kitchen, the ventilation system is not good, the room is full of odors, even the bedding is the same... This kind of hotel costs more than 2,000 a night. If I knew this, I would not stay here for free.
