I love the location of this hotel, which is right above Shin-Yokohama station and on the 10th floor of a mall which houses usual popular stores like Uniqlo and Gu. Souvenir/food stores are in the mall and train station too. It also has a gym although I didn’t go check it out.
There’s also a guest lounge for free coffee/tea/juices and newspapers which you can enjoy on the 12th floor. And this lounge has a nice view too of the streets below.
Staff are friendly and helpful, although many are not proficient in English. I’m
All in, I would stay here if I visit Yokohama again. I would also recommend this place to others (which I did!)

Convenient location, right above the Shinkansen station, reasonable sized room with a nice view of Yokohama. Good breakfast.

the location is excellent, and there is a big shopping mall downstairs. besides, the hotel staff is quite helpful.

Very cost-effective, the room is quite big and clean. The station is downstairs, so it is convenient to go anywhere. You can take the elevator to the lobby after getting off the Shinkansen, but there is nothing around. The hotel itself is very good!
