優點：前台的對客服務意識是有的對標其他酒店性價比相對較高，酒店的理念也是贊同的，希望管理層多灌輸而不是看見衹是想我們看見的
缺點：設施設備……一進門有點悶加味道房間窗台打不開喊來保安試了後面説就這一個房間打不開，於酒店之前推出的無理由換退房不符合後續也沒有自動給出解決方法，電視設計確實：不錯，不過內容需要優化，作為本地酒店更多的是推廣本地景點，人文，但是打開看見的卻是好幾百公里的南昌，讓外地人產生混亂
安全方面……消毒面具臨近到期建議做好關注
房間標配……宏泰的酒店放着優家的巾類並且房間兩塊巾類並不是統一一樣的，未了解的可能存在其他酒店亂用交叉情況，浴帽配比房間衹有一個不知是節省成本還是衹有一個
衞生方面……呼吸器肉眼可見的灰塵，花灑噴頭肉眼可見的水漬和垢，貼紙牆面很臟，水壺未擦乾線頭凌亂，便攜式充電器收納無標準亂放

酒店位置好，離鵬泰百貨也就200米的樣子，早飯可以在鵬泰解決。房間夠大，就是年久失修，窗户關不上，衞生間容易積水。國慶期間不到200的價位，也算説得過去吧
