1.酒店標準可以停車，但最後無法停車，我們停車在外面停車場，產生42元停車費。
2.酒店空調不制熱，晚上無法換房。雖提供了烤火器，但整夜寒冷。
3.吹風機損壞，無法使用。
4.衞生間洗漱台水管漏水、毛巾浴巾臟得無法使用，自行購買一次性浴巾28元。

服務態度好，古鎮裏行李箱不好拉，管家來接的。客棧位置很好，是兩個院子做的客棧～很寬敞舒服。房間衞生也蠻乾淨的。去雪山的票沒搶到，老闆幫忙買的。還有廚房，可以自己做飯。

非常滿意，比想象的大，自來水很甜，還有好多植物果子，就是比較潮濕，不過被子曬得很乾凈，整體不錯啦

房間很舒適，環境不錯，小院有很多多肉植物，還有可愛的倉鼠🐹，可以免費停車，店家很熱情好客，幽默風趣！

房間乾淨、地點方便，客棧有小花園，天氣好的話頂樓可以看到一點點日出，外出走走地方小小的白沙古鎭很寫意！唯一在意的是衞浴間是搭建的像膠囊浴室，半透明玻璃沒有浴簾什麼的，上廁所跟淋浴都大概能從房間看到，跟同伴拼房的話有點尷尬！

非常好，庭院空間超大，房間也很不錯，陽光充足，還能看見遠處的雪山景觀，庭院夜景也很温馨，還有小朋友的遊樂設施，十分適合帶娃的家庭，

休息的房間有點透風，比較冷；服務人員收拾衞生不太及時。周邊環境還是不錯的，前台工作人員服務質量還是較好的。
