The room with a view of the snow mountain in Guzhen is very good, with windows on three sides, facing the Baisha Ancient Town, and you can see the ancient town in the room. The room configuration is also very comfortable. It is a good place to relax and wash your lungs. During the stay, the hotel housekeeper Xiao Zhang, the restaurant waiter Xiao Cai and other customer service staff gave meticulous care and attention. Special thanks to Xiao Cai for the thoughtful non-alcoholic cocktail that met my wife's requirements. Breakfast and dinner are rich and exquisite. Good night hot milk is especially delicious. In general, it is a bit expensive, warm and worth it.

There are electric fans and floor heating, but no air conditioning. It is speculated that it is because the overall temperature in the mountains is relatively low. I didn’t feel too hot during the few days I stayed. In addition, there is no TV in the room, but the hotel has WiFi, which is not a big problem. Environment: The design of the hotel is very good, and the surrounding environment is very good! The greening includes both carefully trimmed gardens and naturally grown parts. In addition, the hotel offers many activities, such as strawberry gardens, coffee houses, handicraft workshops, etc., which can be experienced slowly. Service: The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, which tastes pretty good. The menu is different every day.

The service attitude of the staff is super nice. I ordered midnight snacks at night. The takeaway guy took a long time to deliver the food, and it was cold when it arrived. The staff took the initiative to ask if it needed to be heated up. I was very touched. I forgot to ask the staff's name and could not praise them by real name. I am very sorry! I was also impressed by the staff of the hotel cafe, Sister Hong, who was enthusiastic and thoughtful in service. When asking about the taste of coffee, she introduced it professionally and straightforwardly, and we coffee novices actually understood it. Three days and two nights are not enough for me to capture Hylla's day and night, sunshine and rainy days. Here we enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the tranquility, the stunning starry sky 🌃, and also encountered the Lyra meteor shower. We tasted every breakfast and dinner prepared by Hylla, as well as the cup of warm milk in the evening. It seemed as if time had stood still here. Although you can arrange a lot of activities, we really feel that it is not enough to just wander around and daydream here 😛 Thank you Hylla for the wonderful time you brought us.
