This hotel genuinely offers the best service I've encountered, bar none, including those from big 5-star chains. The customer service communication via WeChat was incredibly gentle and patient. From our pick-up at the station for check-in, the staff were exceptionally thoughtful and genuine. When it rained, they even brought half a dozen umbrellas to help us with our luggage – truly attentive service throughout! 👍 The front desk staff were as friendly and welcoming as family, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a perfect touch, instantly soothing our travel weariness. The room's decor was even more stunning – refined and elegant, with impeccable attention to detail. Our dedicated staff member even drew a hot spring bath for us ahead of time. Returning from the ancient town after a light drizzle and then soaking in that warm bath was simply heavenly. Truly couldn't have been more blissful! Later in the evening, we requested an extra blanket, and it was delivered without a hitch – truly outstanding, 'Haidilao-level' service! Absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was also superb 😋. This is what truly makes a trip memorable.

Upon entering the courtyard, the brick and stone walls and greenery create a striking contrast, creating a quaint, natural atmosphere. At night, the warm yellow lights illuminate the space, creating a fairytale-like beauty. The hot spring is a must-try; the moment you soak, the day's fatigue is gently melted away. The staff are incredibly attentive, taking care of you from check-in to check-out, making you feel right at home. Whether you're relaxing alone, on a date, or just hanging out with your friends, this place is highly recommended!

The 2 bedroom suite was humongous with nice marble flooring in living room and bathrooms. Families staying would want to take note that there is only 1 shower room and the other bathroom is a powder room. Housekeeping is daily, and bathroom slippers were exceptionally luxurious. Many good TV channels are available and smart remote for curtains. Service Butler service via wechat group chat was a bonus. They helped give tips on where to go and how to purchase the tickets to Jade Dragon Mountain. Extremely responsive in rendering help from replenishing bottled water to housekeeping. Location For travellers taking train, this is just across Lijiang High Speed Train Station Breakfast Buffet style with nice noodles and variety.

We booked Hilton one day before our returning flight. The room has a great value for the price. It's clean and we got nothing to complain. Check out the bathtub, which is in porcelain material and super big. Also the bedding is super comfy and we could choose other special pillows on request. Btw, we also tried the pool and the gym. Both got great quality stuff. In the second morning, I went down to pick up some delivery, and Richard Li at the front desk saw me sneeze and asked if I got cold. And I later on got a pot of ginger tea in the room. I appreciate the service. Overall, Hilton is beyond my expectations and I'm very happy for the living quality I got and the price I've paid. The location of this B&B is fantastic, with a direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good today, so I didn't get to see it. It's a bit disappointing. There's a small scenic spot right next to it, and you can breathe in the fresh, natural air just by opening the window. The amenities are comprehensive and high-end, with convenient smart appliances. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and is clean and odor-free. The owner is incredibly attentive and responsive, even sharing tips on off-the-beaten-path attractions. We're sure to come back next time!

Facing the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain🏔️, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows open to the golden mountain in the sun when you wake up, the room is equipped with Marshall speakers + giant screen bathtub, and the Naxi art paintings are very stylish~ Take pictures of the reflection of the lake and mountains in the rooftop swimming pool, and take pictures of the light and shadow lobby and spiral staircase at will📸!    ☕️Must-Play Experience 1️⃣ Cowshed Coffee: A retro coffee shop transformed from an old cowshed, drink hand-brewed coffee at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, full of literary and artistic sense! There are also swinging calves, and the beautiful scenery and blue sky are beyond the movie! 2️⃣ Naxi Handicrafts: Make stone slab rubbings (Dongba scriptures are super cool!), plant rubbing bags (DIY canvas bags with wild flowers, unique~)   3️⃣ Snow Mountain Tea Ceremony: Taste Yunnan ancient tree tea🍵, boil tea around the stove and listen to the wind singing, the Zen value is MAX～   ＞＞ Tips: Take pictures of the ”Snow Mountain Blues Moment” by the pool in the evening, and wear a plain long skirt to be more fairy!

The apartment hotel has a very good experience. It has brand-new room facilities and equipment. The room is large in size and the price is reasonable. It is very close to Lijiang High-speed Railway Station. I recommend it to friends who are traveling for business.

The camp is very beautiful, there are not many guests during the National Day, similar to the charter, so the feeling is also very good. All the camp RV tents are solid good brands, especially the mattresses of this American version of RV are also very comfortable. It happened that founder Yi Ge was also at the camp, and he baked the fire together to listen to his live broadcast. Dinner is a hot pot from the price/performance ratio, the supplies are very exquisite, it is a very good experience.
