住了很多次了，整體不錯，服務也還不錯。唯一不滿意的就是房間大小，網上訂的商務大床房，去了卻是一米五的床有點太坑了。不能因為網上比實體店價格便宜一二十，就在床形上欺騙消費者呀～希望這點可以改進。

訂房時候看到有很多評論説服務特別差，還沒有在意，因為聽當地朋友説是本地比較好的酒店了。入住時候前台業務不熟練，一會説沒有找到我的訊息要求出示攜程訂單證明，出示之後還是整了半天才辦理好。酒店的早餐比較一般，早上八點去吃的就已經有點涼了。
印象最糟糕的就是前台，業務不咋樣還帶着獨有的傲慢無禮，完全沒有一家高檔酒店該有的軟服務，不值。

首先，一到酒店準備辦理入住的時候，就感覺前台服務態度不行，然後我們退房時間是2點，前台還沒到2點就一直催 一直打電話，然後第2天退房的時候，又搞烏龍説我們同行的房間 2雙拖鞋不見了，要扣40，當時我們着急離店，衹能讓我們家人留在酒店等他們找到拖鞋，最後才沒有扣錢，明明是酒店工作人員的失誤，卻影響我們心情，耽誤我們時間

體驗感相當差的一家酒店，不建議大家入住。
前台一堆工作人員，但是每個人服務態度都特別的差！建議酒店老闆培訓一下員工的禮儀素質和溝通態度，真的住過那麼多酒店，這家酒店前台的態度讓我大跌眼鏡，我個人覺得1個酒店就算做得再好，但是員工不行，照樣會給客人帶來不愉快的體驗感。
