Room was in another building like behind but it’s alright just that had some trouble finding it at first. Breakfast was great, beautiful view and walk along river and near by the museum.

the location is good, located near the cable car up the matterhorn! we were given a room located in the annex building, which you have to go out into the open before assessing (q inconvenient..). there were also limited amenities (no kettle, no soap etc). the breakfast tho.... was worth it! (-: staff from the kitchen was also proactive and helpful!

The location is very good but they got us an accommodation somewhere away from the location we booked as its their new extension. The breakfast was not good for vegetarians, they don’t have many options. Its good if you want a location to move around the city instead of a comfort stay.

Good place good clean

It was a good place. The breakfast was good.

The spa is first-rate, the environment is excellent, but there is no bathing, the comfort is first-rate. It can accommodate a small number of people, but the space is spacious. I just live in the annex building, which has the advantage of being very quiet. You have to walk out of the road to see the mountains, but despite its location advantage, it may be affected by other people's activities on the ground in the summer! The disadvantage is that you have to go to the main building to use the main facilities, so think carefully.

The hotel environment is very good. It's right by the river. It's close to everything. It's very convenient. It has a balcony and the room is very big.

The hotel is located a distance from the train station, but the environment and facilities are very good. Opposite is a cemetery. It is also very quiet at night. The hotel is on a slope. We were actually arranged to stay on the negative floor, but it is on the first floor. There are requirements for check-in time. We must check in before 9 pm

Although it is far from the station, the Matterhorn is in a very good location.
