第一天入住，礦泉水是前一天客人開屏喝過的，我跟前台説，她不但不給我解決，好像我想訛她一瓶水一樣。入住兩天天天修管道，沒有熱水，一直都沒有熱水。入住的時候咋不告訴我沒有熱水呢。

房間乾淨，環境良好，服務暖心，周邊土特產店物美價優。當地有名的和平飯店打車一個起步價就到。我們遺落在房間裏的物品，酒店老總親自幫忙協調快遞到手，誠信有愛，下次還來居住

房間比較安靜，但衞生條件一般，桌子上有黏糊糊的印子，電視牆上有很大的灰。布草不夠齊全，沒有衞生間鋪地面的吸水巾，毛巾和浴巾也不是純棉的，觸感不好。淋浴間的玻璃拉門是壞的，拉不動，導致會崩出去好多水，差點在瓷磚上摔倒。酒店早餐38一位，比較貴。其實酒店位置就在商場附近，附近也有早餐店和kfc可以解決早餐問題。房間裏的服務電話打不通客房服務。還有就是，酒店雖然有地下停車場可以免費停車，但是停車場真的很像爛尾樓的狀態，禿禿的水泥和擺了一堆廢品，還有雨後的水印，空氣也不太好。

1.沒有免費瓶裝水，房間裏幾乎所有物品都要單獨收費；
2.沒有地巾 ，洗完澡衞生間地面濕滑
3.燒水壺異味嚴重，純凈水燒出來味道難以下嚥
4.電話是擺設，用不了

我每次回家看父母都住這個酒店，可能是因為自己家鄉的原因，每次都感覺很親切，但是説實話，這酒店的服務一年不如一年，服務員的態度和做法讓人寒心，我要一個蕎麥皮的枕頭，就很強硬的告訴我，房間配了就不再額外給。給人的感覺就是 我有可能會佔酒店的大便宜。
所以我以後發誓再也不會去住了。
