Universal Intelligent Homestay (Tianmen Mountain Cableway Store)

The room was spacious, but what truly stood out were the incredibly comfortable mattress and duvet. After four tiring days in Wulingyuan, a good night's sleep on such a cozy bed was absolutely essential. The guesthouse amenities were comprehensive; the smart facilities were very convenient. The room had a washing machine, which was handy for laundry, and there was a microwave in the hallway for heating food. The location is fantastic, just 850 meters from the Tianmen Mountain cable car, easily walkable. There are plenty of restaurants, foot massage places, and drink shops nearby, all at reasonable prices, making it very convenient for exploring. The owner was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. They even helped us book Tianmen Mountain tickets at a discount and reserved our entry time. When we left, they even escorted us to the elevator, making us feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended!

Excellent! It's very close to Tianmen Mountain, and there are direct city buses to attractions like Wulingyuan National Forest Park and the Grand Canyon. Zhangjiajie Railway Station and the long-distance bus station are right next door, making it super convenient to catch the high-speed train at Zhangjiajie West Station or take a direct bus to Changsha. The room environment is also fantastic. All in all, it's incredibly convenient, and the owner is really enthusiastic, offering great travel advice.

The apartment was spotless and newly renovated, very smart, like a hotel apartment. Both beds were large double beds. This is the best homestay I've ever stayed in, and the housekeeper was super nice and accommodating. It's also very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, within walking distance. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍 There's a fantastic breakfast spot downstairs, run by an elderly couple, and their steamed buns and rice noodles are made fresh. Cheap and delicious, highly recommend! 👍👍👍

The owner, a lovely lady with a bright smile, was very kind and enthusiastic. The room was also super clean.

Aunt Zhang (the host) is very warm and patient, which I really appreciated ❤️. The smart speaker (Xiao Du) was fun to use, and there were plenty of shows to watch on TV. The owner of the shop downstairs was also very kind, and the food in the surrounding area was delicious. The bed was super big and comfortable, the hallway was spacious, there were lots of power outlets, and even a washing machine available. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I was very happy 😊.

The room was spacious and clean. It's just a short walk to the cable car entrance. The host was very nice and resolved any issues promptly.
