We had an amazing stay at Forest homestay at sunrise. The homestay is a short 5 minute drive from the west gate of the National Park which is much quieter and with smaller queues. The service we received was excellent, in particular from Mr Wu (小吴) who was extremely helpful in planning an itinerary tailored to our schedule and organised all of our tickets for us. He helped us to plan a route which avoided the crowds for most of the day. The hotel had stunning views of the mountains, complete with an infinity pool and a restaurant with delicious local food. We highly recommend staying here!

Forest home stay was so peaceful. The accommodations were spacious.and the service was superb. The hosts assisted in arranging drivers and guides which made visiting Zhangjiajie attractions so much easier. Loved our stay.

Had a great time at the hotel. The room had a stunning view of the mountains. The staff was very accommodating, driving up/down the hill, giving tour paths for the park, and the food for breakfast and dinner was SUPERB.
Definitely will be back. 10/10.

A lot of construction around - so you will not feel like in the middle of the forest. Rooms are big but very very old. Location very far from all attractions

Very close to the entrance of Zhangjiajie West, this small but highend countryside villa resort is well-appointed, clean, and with beautiful views of the Zhangjiajie mountains in the distance. We had breakfast every morning and two dinners in the villa restaurant which were delicious. While far away from the Zhangjiajie City, the location wad perfect for people seeking quiet, natural countryside living in a highend villa.

Amazing customer service! Absolutely worth 5 stars review! Helped us arranged our day trip, booked all tickets for us, draw the map for us. Pick us up from the city centre, drop us off to the Zhangjiajie national park entrance.
Besides of the best service, they have the stunning mountain view from the room. Quite, peaceful, that’s all you need for a relaxing holiday.
Specially thanks to conceirge Wu, he is very kind and very thoughtful. Definitely recommend this hotel.
