I absolutely loved this hotel, the bed was so comfortable and I had such a great sleep… I wish I knew where they got those pillows! It’s at street level, but totally separated… The only downside is that there are no windows, or at least there wasn’t in my room. But I was only there for one night so not so bad and also, it’s not like you’re in your room for that long anyway. Really enjoyed my stay!

Fantastic hotel! Great location and near restaurants. We had the large family room that was like an apartment. Hosts were attentive and helpful but not overbearing. Just perfect! Lots of character! We will book the same room again if we go to Zhangjiajie in the future.

一家超温暖的客棧，在市中心，交通超方便，鬧中取靜。
七年前來張家界，老闆年的熱情記憶猶新。
就攜程居然找到七年前住的客棧，看風格一模一樣。然後入住五點老闆娘貼心的打電話提醒張家界下雨，滴滴去酒店。
七年後老闆娘蘭姨，依舊超熱情。説想喝酒，馬上就開了張台把去青島帶回來的啤酒給我安排上，花生米，自己炸的魚都給我準備好，陪我聊天到半夜。
我真的超佩服蘭姨，超愛乾淨，每天早上出門都看到在用水沖自家門口，房間大堂跟新的沒區別，一點塵都沒有。剛開始還擔心怕就有舊，但住了原來的那間房間，真的超驚訝，和第一次來一模一樣，一樣乾淨，一樣温暖，一樣舒服，真的是我住過最最最乾淨的酒店。
如果因為一個人愛上一座城，那個人就是温暖的蘭姨，真的超愛，以後有機會還來
