He called me right after I made the reservation, which saved a lot of time. It was already evening when we arrived at the hotel, and the boss came out to greet us and upgraded the room. The environment around the hotel is beautiful. I was not able to go into the mountains, but it did not affect the good mood of my stay.

Although the place where I live is a special double bed room, the space feels quite large. The store is very responsible. We caught the plane at 7 o'clock the next morning, and told the store in advance that the store opened the hotel door before we arrived at 4:30 in the morning. It turned out that the door was locked at night, so it was very safe. Although the water heater was being repaired that night, it was repaired quickly. My child and I needed to take a shower earlier. Before the hot water came, the store brought us a large bucket of hot water. The service was very considerate. Transportation: It is only six or seven yuan by taxi from the Tianmenshan cableway station. Of course, you can also walk there. We still take a taxi. It is worth mentioning that the hospital is not far next to the hotel. In fact, I am quite relieved about this, after all I was afraid of getting sick and catching a cold when I took the children on a trip, but fortunately, there was no such thing as a sense of security, and not long after the hotel walked out, there were two specialty supermarkets on the main road, which were also pretty good. I didn't take photos of the hotel in a hurry, but I took a lot of photos of Tianmen Mountain, haha

It is very close to the bus station of Zhangjiajie Railway Station and the entrance of Tianmen Mountain ropeway. It is very convenient to play, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the owner is very enthusiastic and recommended.

The inside of the hotel is very good, the sanitation is very clean, it is very comfortable to live in, and there is a small balcony to bask in the sun, overall it is a very good homestay. But the only downside is that the location of the hotel is a bit hard to find.

家庭套房房間比較小，裏面洗簌用品比較簡陋，都不如200元的快捷酒店，房間隔音不好，整晚聽到飛機聲，空調也不太好用，性價比較低，整體體驗較差，不推薦。

房間衞生做的很乾凈，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，工作人員還幫我們搬行李到房間，非常滿意。
